I was so excited to order this mop.Sadly I was disappointed when it arrived as the mop head was not full so the plastic edging was hitting & scratching along the floor!I’m taking the handle to Bunnings to see if I can buy a fuller mop head & I will throw the old one away..just too thin & feeble! The spin bucket is fabulous. So 50% successful …but the bucket needs a mop so I hope I can replace it!

I love this mop and bucket combo! The bucket spin is good as it doesn't drip all over the place or leave extra wet spots on the floor.The mop is also amazing with the triangle head to get into corners and the movement also made it super easy for me to mop down the walls during a huge cleandown.Highly recommend!

This is my 5th spin mop. I really think these mops are amazing. Problem is they don't last long. I hope they make important improvements because these mops make cleaning floors extremely easy.. Excellent product but dissapointed when I have to throw it away and buy another.

This is the second time I buy this vilefa backet and now I need one but scared to buy another one as the pedal on that backet brakes easy not fair to do them cheap so every 9 month we need to buy a new one please make it durable so we can enjoy using it ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
Bucket is fantastic!Mop isn't great. The first time you dip and spin, perfect. Next time, smears. It is also designed or made poorly so the mop fibres tip or get caught up in the plastic.Would not buy again.I just want a great mop
I bought this item 2 times. I thinks over all it a good product. The issue I have is that any sort of pressure in the mop handle caused it to snap. You can only buy the actual mop head replacement and not the total mop pole.

just WOW. I didn't think my floor was so dirty, it gets mopped every few days. First go with this mop & it's a winner. My girls told me to buy this months ago I should have listened. Even my husband can use it & was impressed. Our floors can't have too much water so you just spin longer to get the water out, & then put in a wash bag in washing machine. Nice & clean for next time
I bought this 12 monthish ago and love it except for one flaw. easy to use aslong as you use it as directed picks up all the mess on the floor and mops at the same time. ( I use it to sweep everything into a pile and than just vac the rugs and the pile of dirt these days). The quicker you can clean all in one with kids the better I reckon. Unfortunately it starts to squeek after a few months and after approx 12 months the plastic teeth on the cogs that spin the bucket wear, start slipping and eventually you can no longer spin the mop. I will be replacing it with another though as it is still more efficent than any of the wringer mops I have ever owned. BUT if you could buy replacment cogs or they use a harder plastic that wear less this would be the perfect product.
I bought this and I have tried several times to mop without scratching my wood flooring. The mop head keeps flipping up scraping on my floor. I found you have to mop ever so slowly and keep the mop at 90 deg's. its very slow going and several times the head popped off all together. I will go back to the original Vileda mop and bucket Thank you!
