Vimto Squash 1 Litre

Hands down, for me, the King of cordial. I buy litres of this-often. Traditionally a British drink, this takes me back to sunny summers and trips to the park with friends. This is more than a drink, its an experience.

A bit sweet but refreshing

I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. As a family we all enjoyed the flavour, it was a little sweet. I would buy it again in the summer as something different but would look out for a sugar free/ low sugar version.

A little goes a long way!

Strong taste I remember from childhood . You dont need much at all and it tastes quite strong. I liked it but my children didnt. But they only really drink water (all under 10 years old) and dont like the sweetness.

Classic

My husband enjoys this. I preferred the old formulation without the sneaky artificial sweeteners. Much nicer than the sugar free abomination that seems to be much more readily available

Fruity and not too sweet

My husband really loves vimto, so although he was thrilled when we received this to review by Ocado, I was apprehensive as I usually find it too sweet, but they must?ve changed the recipe, as it wasn?t too sweet, and still had a nice fruity flavour. One to try if you enjoy squash/cordial but don?t want too much added sugar?(there are added sweeteners though if you?re trying to avoid those)

I hated it

I'm really sorry to be negative. I received this as a free product for sampling and wanted to love it but I couldn't stand the flavour. It's so intense and just not to my taste. On a positive note for those who do like the flavour... a little goes a long way so you'd definitely get value for money!

Not original

Loved the taste in my childhood, the introduction of fake sweeteners that weren’t even registered until the 1980’s means that this is not an original recipe.

I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Having never tried this before I was looking forward to it. However I found it too sweet and a lingering unpleasant aftertaste. Not to my liking and won?t buy again

Surpassed Expectations!

As a fan of fizzy Vimto I was interested in sampling the squash. It surpassed my expectations. It is just like the fizzy version minus the fizz, so I will be purchasing more.

No other cordials compare!!Has to be full sugar one though as the blue lid version leaves a funny taste no where near as nice
