The Vintec app is excellent for recording where all your wines are positioned within the fridge and it has a lock for extra security. The team at Appliances online delivered, positioned it where we wanted and took all the packaging with them. Excellent service and product!

Very happy with our purchase! We were looking for a fridge that would fit nicely into our dining room area to store our special wines and after looking long and hard we found our Vintek.We have made good use of the fridge already and have over half filled it with still plenty of room for growth. The fridge fits perfectly in the space and is whisper quite, whilst looking neat and elegant.In addition to the fridge the OENO app has been a great bonus to help us catalogue our wines. It has been a great way for us to share our cellar with our friends even when we are not at home.

I have had wine stored at a managed facility for several years, however, this has not made it easy to consume my wine as it is deliberately positioned in a city I am not. This meant I was only able to bring wine home from the cellar that I could consume quickly weather dependant. I now have the ability to keep a small portion of my drinkable wine at home to consume at my leisure as it is cared for properly in my own home.My 50 Bottle Single Zone allows to keep wine with vintages as old as 40 years until that special occasion without waiting on delivery times or interruptions.An excellent piece of equipment

Have been wanting a wine fridge for ages and after a lot of research settled on the Vintec. The 50 bottle was perfect for our space, and as we want to use for cellaring we opted for the single zone unit. We love it, it looks great and it so far so good with the regulated temperature of the wines.The only issue we experienced was that the shelves are difficult to remove and replace, to the point where a couple of shelves we couldn't remove at all, so we've worked around them. Just a small issue for us at the moment, but could be a bigger issue down the track with irregular sized bottles.Appliances Online were amazing right throughout the buying process, and the price was the best I could find anywhere!
Our wine cooler is now four years old and had not been operating now for around one year. We also have another unit V40BVC that appears to be running continuously.I find it difficult to locate any information as to whom could have a look at it.When one pays a large amount for what is presumed to be top quality, one would expect long performance or at least some support.
We had previously purchased a Husky model but changed to a Vintec as the Husky was LOUD in our open plan living area. The Vintec by comparison is very quiet. Two downsides are: Most wine does not come in a Bordeaux style bottle so check that this will be large enough for you before purchasing (especially for height of shelves). Second is that the shelves are not on bearings (unlike the Husky) which means that pulling out a drawer to access bottles at the back is not as easy as it could be. Otherwise the fridge is excellent addition to the kitchen.
Purchased this for our new reno and really love the black sleak finish and the ability to install under the island bench. The low power lights add a sense of classiness to the look. Also works well as a night light.I find the shelving a little awkward when getting bottles in and out, especially if they are different sizes. Still haven't worked out how to take a shelf out if even possible. We have underfloor heating which impacts the fridge so we can hear the compressor working.Overall really happy with it if it last a long time.
Bought this to replace a fridge from another manufacturer that could not control humidity well, resulting in mouldy bottles. This fridge is perfect - keeps humidity at around 65%, right in the sweet spot. Temperature control is spot on, unit is quiet and looks great. If I had a criticism it is that the shelving system could be better but it is certainly serviceable. Shelves slide out far enough to get bottles at the back out without too much fuss.
Had this fridge for two years. Opened it to find the interior hot (while full of good wine)Had a great deal of trouble getting a repairer to look at it. Finally a repairer looked at it and said it was unrepairable due to an internal gas leak in an inaccessible part of the fridge and there is nothing that can be done and it is common in these fridges. Stupid me read things like this online before I purchased it. Dont be stupid like me - stay away from vintec wine fridges!
So so happy with this product. Our wine is stored and perfectly temperatured without heating, cooling and weather effecting it. The shelves sliding out makes it easy to store wine back and front and set the shelves up to allow for optimum storage space. Love that we can both serve and cellar wine straight from the fridge. The cabinet can be locked for security when children are around and is clean, neat and well lit when the light is on. The app to assist in what you store, where you placed it and when to drink is so good. Can’t wait to enjoy many bottles from here in the future.
