Being past 30 now, I do feel my joints giving me a bit of grief at times. Particularly my left knee, when I take these I don’t get any issues or discomfort in that knee. As soon as I run out, within a day or two I’m back to hurting. So the proof is really in the pudding here. My only complaint, from a neurodivergent perspective is that the foil/plastic these are in make my ears physically hurt when I have to try and get some out. It goes through me and my boyfriend if he hears it. If you can bare a few minutes just perhaps getting a few out for a pill dispenser, it’s manageable.

Following a torn meniscus and shoulder injury from years ago, I've always suffered joint pain and have upper scoliosis. I'm also not big on eating fish in my diet. This helps me alot woththat. I take 2 a day and able to perform well in the gym! I also take a daily vitamin D 4000iu supplement. I get immediate relief with these.

High quality little capsules. Shame about the value though. I personally take 10 a day for controlling inflammation so this pack lasts me 3 days haha. Other packs have 1000mg capsules so last longer. They’re still great though but the value is just, OK.

I bought these because I take black seed oil which has omega 6 and 9 but not 3 so needed to balance them. I take two a day. Haven’t noticed much difference apart from stomach doesn’t bloat so much when consuming black seed oil and my eye sight has gotten marginally better. I need reading glasses and when I don’t wear them everything is very blurry. Well last few days (been on them nearly a month) my eye sight is a little less blurry. Hopefully it’ll continue to improve.
I bought these. They are 540mg per single capsule. You need two if you are looking for 1000mg. Do you find the dosage in the listing? No. On the box, even? It says 'average per two capsules 1080mg'. *Not* 'average per capsule 540mg'. See the difference? The marketing for this product concerns me. If 1000mg is what you are looking for, and you can't swallow a full-size 1000mg capsule, you may well prefer 500mg capsules, as I do - but you can find better value than these, and on MySupplementShop. Bottom line: it's hard to justify the extra cost of these if all you want is Omega 3 in a 500mg capsule.
I have been taking these for over 9 years after a doctor recommended for my husband’s Multiple Sclerosis. They are expensive as I’ve been buying them in store. I just found out they don’t have near enough DHA or EPA to observe any benefits, in simple terms, they do not contain enough of what you need!! You’re better off taking a supplement with around 500epa/350dha. Do your research people!! I am not taking inessa fish oil. As for the capsules themselves, the vitabiotics krill oil are easy to take with no after taste. Just a pity they are essentially, useless.
I ignored the review of the person who got chest pains and wish I hadn’t. I usually take Seven Seas and they have been absolutely fine for the last few months. Im guessing this is a higher dose because they are lethal. They also have a weird perfume taste to them, which I didn’t like when I first started taking them. Unfortunately, they are going in the bin. I’m taking them for dry eyes, not trying to have a cardiac.
I thought I'd try Vitabiotics Ultra Omega 3 6 9 instead of my usual product once as it's a good brand and seemed like a good balance of omega 3, 6 and 9 but I've been left disappointed. There are 60 capsules in a box which will last up to two months depending on whether you choose to take one or two a day. The omega 3 is from fish oil (185mg), omega 6 is from blackcurrant seed oil (50mg) and pumpkin seed oil (40mg) and omega 9 from olive oil (28mg). When I started taking these I ended up getting faint headaches, dry eyes and sleeping bad. I didn't think it was anything to do with these but when I got another packet of the omega 3 brand I'd previously been using all of the above things I mentioned disappeared almost instantly. For this reason I have swapped back to the brand I was using before as I feel it's better quality and the difference I felt has shown me this. I don't think these are bad capsules but they're not for me, maybe they'll work for you but I'll be going back to the brand I used previously as I had better results with those.
I was advised to take Omega supplements, so after researching different products, I found these capsules. I have been taking them for about a year. I am happy with the results. These capsules provide a perfect balance of omega 3, 6, and 9. Each pack contains 60 capsules, and I take one tablet every day. I typically purchase a box every two months. The capsules are easy to swallow, and although they are a bit pricey compared to similar products, they are worth every penny. I would highly recommend them.
Ordered 3 packs all of which were somewhat squashed. Wouldn't have mattered except this has caused a lot of the individual blisters to split exposing those capsules to the air. Several capsules were almost completely out of their respective damaged blisters. OK, well, still usable, but if that's why the price is good then the poor pack condition should be in the description so that we know before we buy! Update: Finding some of the capsules from the split blisters are unusable due to being soft and some of those are also "collapsing" due to exposure to the air.
