This extra strength vitamin c is great! First of all, the gummies are made with actual vitamin c and not all the other nasty stuff that is usually added to vitamins! I had these substituted for my usual chewable 500 mg where one tablet gives you 500 mg. These require 4 gummies to deliver 500 mg of vitamen C, and also are 60 calories compared to 10 for my usual tablet. so there's only 23 days dosage in a bottle. The taste is okay, sort of grapefruity. The gummy is a gummy, sort of a sugar coated lump. I will go back to my usual chewable vitamin C when they come back in stock. I don't really like having to eat 4 and the 60 calories they use up. 4 seems excessive to me. I find it hard to understand why they couldn't put the dose in 2 or at most 3. Other than that they are fine.
