I love these greens; they blend up well into my favourite morning pick-me-up smoothie: pineapple, cucumber, frozen blueberries, coconut water, ice, lemon juice & apple cider vinegar. Sometimes fresh basil too if I have any - you can thank me later! This is also a much more palatable way to get your morning ACV in too! I’ve repurchased these several times & gifted it to my father post-surgey who also really enjoyed it and it helped somewhat with his recovery.

Trialled a small jar first. It simplifies my suppliment regime big time, one glass after rising, and find it energises me well into the afternoon. Sure as a drink it doesnt look all that attractive but dont judge this book by its cover. I don't mind the flavour at all, and find it easy to take. Now choose the economy of the 1kg jar and am committed to it and love the convenience and have developed full confidence in its capability on delivering on covering dietary deficiencies. It's a good way to start the day, right before my espresso. The pre and pro biotics keep my digestive system balanced and consistent. It's the full thumbs up for me. 👍🏻

I’ve been using this product as a good all round dietary supplement for some time. Easy to take, doesn’t taste horrific, I mix in a little apple cider vinegar with 2 teaspoons of this powder with water each morning - it’s a great way way to start each day. The price of this product here in comparison to a number of other sites where I had purchased previously is brilliant…. It also helps that I can grab a few keto goodies in the one basket here too.

I have been vegetarian for 20 years and I am upto date with all my vitamins and minerals. But I just love vital greens as it has pretty much everything in it. It tastes nice and very easy to drink. This is what I am going to stick with. It's my 3rd bottle now. Thanks vital greens and sports fuel for the specials.
This stuff has been amazing. Coming from a bad diet and lack of eating well I lacked nutrients and essential vitamins. Started with the half portion to start and then progressed to full portion I have nearly had it for a whole month. My skin is better, I ammore regular and consistent with bowel motions and just feel more energy overall. Prefer this over any capsules I have previously used as I actually feel it is making a difference. I Will be purchasing another tub.
I have a busy lifestyle. At times ive forgotten about replenishing myself with goodness. So by having this product, I can still get some greens without the hassle of cooking. I have a bit of a sweet tooth, and I like to make smoothies with coconut milk, bananas or wild berries..yummo Shipping was super fast, I was expect at least 3days wait. But it was an overnight delivery, with a thank you from the packing team inside. Love this product, and the Sports fuel team. All round 5 stars from me.
Drinking it as I type this. I don't think it tastes good and it's a bit gritty, however, I like the way it makes me feel (more energy, just overall healthier) so I keep taking it. If you mix it in with juice it disguises the flavour decently well. I've already purchased more.
Taken daily in a green smoothie. Tastes fine - gives the smoothie a sweeter pineapple flavour- absolutely palatable- especially as I know of the health benefits. I feel as though I have improved gut health, and am more aware of what I’m eating throughout the day (since starting off on such a good note). Two weeks in (dsily green smoothies). My skin feels less congested, improved morning brain function- less brain fog. Recommend this product. Will buy again.
Every now and then you see a vitamin and you think you need it. And then another one, and another, and another. Before long you realise you are taking ten or more tablets a day costing literally hundreds of dollars. And after a while you forget the exact reason you started taking a particular supplement. And let's face it, as every label tells us, you only get benefits from a supplement if your dietary intake is inadequate. If you have basic intelligence you would be eating a variety of foods and would be getting a good range of vitamins. So if you do need to top up your intake of a particular vitamin, it probably wouldn't be much that you require. So if you do need to top up your intake of a particular vitamin, it probably wouldn't be much that you require. So I started taking Vital Greens All in One and started phasing out my other supplements. I am now down to just a couple of supplement tablets per day and saving literally hundreds of dollars. 'Vital' is not cheap but in comparison to taking individual alternatives, it is far cheaper. And then there are the health benefits. The first things I noticed is how thick and strong and fast my finger nails grow. I didn't expect that, but obviously the boost to my internal health is improved. I also sleep better and wake up more energetic. But also, the good thing about 'Vital' is that it has a stack of other ingredients, not just vitamins.I have a diet milkshake smoothie for breakfast and I add my Vital to the milkshake for a perfect start to the day and it covers my body's needs if I don't have time to get balanced meals that day. Well and truly recommend this product because it makes you feel better and more energetic and gives me confidence I am eating well.
I have been taking this supplement for over two months and it is fantastic for supplying the body with basically everything it needs to remain healthy and strong. Being a vegetarian it also ensures I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals to support a healthy body. I do recommend taking an iron supplement with it as it doesn't contain iron. Since taking it daily on an empty stomach upon waking I find it gives me energy and vitality to get thru the day and I haven't had a cold or been sick since I started taking it. I find it mixes well in a shaker as in a glass mixed with a spoon it tends to be a bit chalky and doesn't blend as well. It blends even better in a smoothie but I like to have mine as soon as I wake up and not wait till I have a smoothie for breakfast. ... The taste is pleasant and easy to tolerate but putting it in a smoothie really helps if its unpalatable for others. I highly recommend this product as its all natural and fantastic quality and cost effective because you don't need to buy any other vitamins or minerals apart from iron. I went a week without taking it just to see if there was a noticeable difference and buy day three I was starting to feel flat and lethargic and really noticed the difference in my health. My hair and nails grow very fast since I have beentaking this daily and my skin is feeling moisturised and dewy. Start with the recommended one teaspoon and slowly work up to two teaspoons daily over a couple of weeks in the morning. I'm a big fan of this amazing health powder and will continue to use it for life. Love it
