I have been taking Fish Oil capsules every day for many years to protect my heart health. I have been told by my MD to take these tablets and I have followed his orders. I was recently tested and told that I have no cardiac disease. I am 65 years old and feel that I will do anything to protect my heart. These capsules are large but easy to swallow with water. I take them with meals and have had no issues at all with swallowing or digesting.This is so much easier than eating fish every day. I would recommend this product.

I was told years ago to take fish oils by a doctor who took the time to tell me things he learned. I told him HOW hard it is to figure out which kinds to take because there are so many on the market. I was told to look for Pharmaceutical Grade fish oils. Do my research of course and don't be scared of higher prices. He also reccomended storing them in the fridge (not as necessary with the better fish oils such as these but I still do it) his advice helped me a lot. I actually fell off of taking my vitamins and fish oils and it was so gradual I don't quite think I realize how bad I have been starting to feel. Its been about a year so I recently decided to try these and honestly after a month I feel such a difference. These are large gel caps which were at times a bit difficult to swallow with only sips of water. They were otherwise well tolerated, causing no stomach issues when taken with food.
Ultra Pure Fish Oil is gentle on my tummy with no aftertaste or burping.A great way of getting all my healthy omegas. This is a quality product, easy to swallow gelcaps.
I bought this after hearing about it on the Poog podcast (big ups Jacqueline and Kate!!) - and I hope to stick with this for the rest of my life :PNo aftertaste, which is essential.
These capsules are very large, so if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, these are not for you. On the plus side, they don't have the smell and aftertaste that most fish oil pills have.
