Vital Strength High Protein Vanilla 3kg Bag

I've been using this for over 2 years now. At first, I was very sceptical & did a lot of research around using supplements, as there can be some very bad side affects in both the long and short terms. Whilst I am not a body builder, or a big guy (I'm a petite 59Kg), I used this to both gain weight and muscle. I'm middle aged, been using my own gym at home for over 20 years, and in using this daily, have noted a significant growth in muscle and mass.
