I have been taking the Vitality X + Collagen powder along with the Fish Oil+ triple strength, Skin + Digestion and Metabolism + Sugar Support tablets and I have already seen a big positive change in my skin and hair. Am onto my second jar of Vitality X + Collagen. It took a few weeks but I am noticing a difference in appearance of my skin. Appears to look more luminous/dewy. I am 63 so am very impressed. Always obsessed with my appearance, the powder is a wonderful discovery. Am also using your Hair Supplement. My hair was falling out by the handful every day....terrifying, but it seems to have calmed down and new growth is appearing. I know that hair loss is common in the elderly... like me, but i was very concerned. Thankyou for your wonderful products and I will continue using them.

I've been doing a lot of research into the clinical evidence that collagen supplementation even helps your skin, but I decided to try it for myself. I have super low collagen in my skin naturally so I have loose skin from weight loss and my pores always look huge, so I'm pretty desperate to somehow mitigate my genetic predisposition 😅 So far so good!! My pores actually have shrunk. This is the only positive effect I've been able to notice. I think I will keep taking it but it makes me a lil sad how pricey it is, especially if I decide to take this stuff indefinitely. I would love to at least buy it in bulk so I don't feel as bad about using so much plastic...anyway, happy so far with the results!
After reading all of the great reviews I was really excited to try this collagen. Unfortunately it’s awful. It literally makes me gag when I try and drink it. Tried it in water and it’s got a really thick chalky texture and weird taste. It also doesn’t dissolve well and has black bits in it. Then tried again in orange juice, which was better, but still not something I can drink. Such a shame as it wasn’t cheap and is now just sitting in a cupboard. I even got a friend to try it, who uses a different collagen powder and she also couldn’t stomach it.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews and generally rather decline to review than provide negative feedback; specifically my comments are in respect of the collagen powder. The container was half empty, a bugbear of mine as it is simply wasteful. In a day and age where we are trying to be mindful of the environment and our recycling practices are such that only 9% of plastic thrown in the recycling bin is actually recycled it is frankly irresponsible and unnecessary. Either fill the container and charge more or use smaller containers. My other issue with the product is the quantity in 1 container is only enough for approximately 4 weeks, generally it takes 8 - 12 weeks of consistent use of a product before results are ... This is an absolutely beautiful product , I have found that my skin is plumper more hydrated , admittedly I drink a lot of water but there is definitely an inner glow that is a byproduct from drinking this . It taste fabulous as well you can just drink it with water and it taste great but when you drink it with freshly squeezed orange juice It’s out of this world. The hair and libido capsules have like this minty taste when you place them in you mouth - really pleasant . I have definitely noticed heaps of improvement in the condition of my hair. What about those of us who don't care for the added stevia and natural flavors? Usually, health companies start with making the healthiest version of the product, then sometime in the future add up with additional flavors for the people who can't bear the taste; but sadly, to my surprise jshealth did the opposite. A lot of people need the raw version, despite the horrible taste, the health benefits are 100% worth it. Third, as if the stevia wasn't disappointing enough, I'm surprised a brand promoting health and wellness would have Maltodextrin as their first "other ingredient." I notice they don't highlight this anywhere on the post. As of this writing, they fail to mention Maltodextrin on the ingredients list. It is a cheap, unnecessary filler that can be problematic for some users. There are so many case studies showcasing that this filler seriously wreck havoc on the gut microbiome, when this happens it can feel almost irreversible to repair. Suppose you are concerned about maintaining and balancing your blood sugar (Keto, diabetics, intermittent fasting, weight management, low carb). In that case, I recommend you read up on "-dextrins" and assess if they are suitable for your dietary needs. For some, they can elevate blood sugar significantly, 2-3x that of regular table sugar. Maltodextrin is a highly processed starchy (usually derived from corn here in the states) polysaccharide, a cheap filler often used for enhancing texture and adding sweetness to various food-like products. Per the glycemic index, it can be 3x higher than regular white table sugar, which means this might spike your blood sugar. GI range 80 to ~100. High fructose corn syrup shares space in this high GI category. Now, I'm not pooh-poohing all moderate to high GI foods. People consume foods like rice, potatoes, apples, and cereal all the time. However, nobody takes these foods everyday, and since this supplement is meant for daily use, that means customers will be ingesting this all the time. (typing that alone scares me.) In short, what I'm trying to say is that there's an issue with a costly wellness supplement using this filler when it is seriously unnecessary. They've already formulated this with Stevia (which has been shown to have little to no impact on blood sugar). What was the point? And finally, this ridiculously expensive little plastic tub of powder (180g/6.3oz/30 servings retails for $49.99 as of this writing) has a woefully low amount of collagen per serving. 3g isn't a lot when you consider there are countless other collagen supplements with better solubility, more flavors (including a Raw/unflavored), and price-point (without fillers like Maltodextrin) that offer several times the collagen of this product along with profound health benefits. Personally, I aim for highly soluble products with 10g or more per serving of collagen/protein and tend to use them in my coffee for convenience. Overall, this collagen supplement powder needs a complete do-over. Looking at the website alone, jshealth seems like a very well researched holistic company that cares about it's customers health; that's why writing this review saddens me. I didn't enjoy the lack of quality, the lack of flavor options, nor do I like the use of unnecessary additives. I really hope that this is taken as constructive criticism, honestly no hate or anything like that; just a severe sense of disappointment. Please take into consideration to broaden your options and making a raw/unflavored version for us who lead a healthy lifestyle, even if it tastes horrible the long-term benefits are definitely worth it. All the ingredients from the Marine collagen to the Aloe vera and L-Glutamine are on point, they all have superb health benefits, i need them in my life!
