Almost pure sugar. These are way too sweet and don't deliver as much magnesium as Calm or Nature Made. They don't show the back label but 1 gummy has 30mg. Magnesium. That's a very small amount, I need 250mg at least. Very grainy.
These are pretty good. the taste is good. i don't seem to have as many leg cramps.
