Product is very easy to swallow. The softgels are small and they don't stick to your tongue or the inside of your mouth like some gel capsules do. They also don't stick in the bottle - another problem I've often found with soft gels, likely due to the amount of humidity we experience here in the south. It's nice not having to beat the bottle on something to loosen the capsules from one another in order to take one. There is no nasty smell or flavor. I've tried 2 other Vitamin D supplements before and Nature Made is the best quality supplement so far. I'd also like to add that it's not always easy to find the 5000IU dosage. These vitamin D supplements have been my saving grace during Covid. For starters, they are very small and easy to swallow gels. I can be a bit sensitive to vitamins and supplements, but these don’t give me heartburn or upset stomach. Nature Made specifically doesn’t make me go to the bathroom a million times either. They are gentle and effective. I take 1 of these in the am and 1 in the pm. I live in Upstate NY and we don’t get a ton of sun, so I know I would be vitamin D deficient without these. They are very affordable with a bottle of 200 costing less than $20. With all the research with Covid and Vitamin D levels, I’m glad I have a effective way to keep me healthy and my bones strong!

Read your labels!!

I am assuming you are taking vitamin d for your health. Why take something that will push it back? Soybean oil is an inflammatory and terrible for your health. It’s the first ingredient listed. Look for a better option!

Stopped my hair from falling out.

When my hair started falling out enough to clog my shower drain every other day, my friends told me about taking Vitamin D3 since I was now older and needed the extra boost. Within 1-2 weeks of taking three softgels daily (15,000 IU), my hair stopped falling out. I still take it every day.

The power of the sun... in the palm of your hand

This is a great vitamin to add to your daily intake. I take one daily to help my immune system and keep my bones strong (No more sprained ankles!). The pills are tiny and soft gels so they are easy to swallow but strong enough to not break in your mouth. I have seen a noticeable difference in how often I get sick and bones feel strong 💪🏼

There is a Laxative in this Vitamin D capsule

The ingredients are soy bean oil & glycerin. Soy bean oil is a good source of vitamin D. However, glycerin is a laxative. I wouldn't have bought it if I new. I don't understand why they would put that in a Vitamin D capsule. I will not buy again.

There are so many brands and types of vitamins to choose from when looking for what you feel is right for yourself! I had the opportunity to receive a free sample of Nature Made vitamin D3 for my honest review. I began taking these vitamins upon receiving. These vitiamins are easily swallowed and leave no aftertaste. The aftertaste with any vitiamins is something that sways my opinion about the product. I’m very pleased with knowing these vitamins have everything I look for when making decisions on whether they are right for me. Nature Made vitiamins are in my opinion some of the best vitamins available. I feel better knowing I’m making healthy decisions! I highly recommend these to all who are looking for a vitamin to take!
