Heading to the Alps I wanted a tyre that would withstand considerable impact and give me lots of grip but I also wanted a tyre that I could put on the rim without too much trouble. The tyre was true and meets my needs.
This tyre rolls beautifully, the graphine definitely ain’t just a sales gimick. The tyre is a bit tight to get onto the rim. If you’re worried about weight then buy the lighter trail version because this tyre is pretty heavy but probably fairly puncture proof. All I all though I’m very happy with it.

There never will be a tire that excells at everything, from gumbo to boiler plate, but these tires are the best all around tires I've used by far. The rubber compound is sticky, but lasts well, and the Trail TNT casing is lively and responsive. The tread pattern, with lots of medium size siped lugs seems to grip almost anything.
