I recommend. My dermatologist suggested it. I did not see effects immediately but once my hair started growing there was less thinning and more fuller locks. My hair loss was due to stress. I was this product was suggested. Hair has returned and i take the vitamin less but still use. Jamaican Castor oil and tea oil. I massaged my head and wrapped it. I have very fine blonde hair.

I’ve been taking Viviscal for about 4 months now to try and get more regrowth. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 8 years ago and sometimes go through phases of hair loss when my thyroid swings. I’ve been noticing some thick new hairs sprouting at my hairline which is pretty exciting, and my temples are filling in a bit with new baby hairs. But overall I was hoping for more regrowth at this point. I have 4 boxes of Viviscal left, so once I’m done with those I’ll decide if I want to continue with this product as it’s pretty expensive. I also take a Hair-Skin-Nails vitamin and just started MSM to see if I can get more regrowth. If anything changes I’ll come back and update my review.

Both hairdressers on separate occasions said that my hair was noticeably thicker. I told them all I had been doing was taking viviscal (and only one pill/day), and they were shocked. They started to tell clients who were suffering from hair loss, I had taken Viviscal and how well it had worked for me, and that they should try it.

I’ve taken this supplement for several months and I CANNOT say that I see the hair growth that they claim a woman should see when taking this twice a day. Not impressed. I wanted to take it long enough to give it a chance. For the price there’s more effective supplements.
Been using Viviscal for about a month now, and I have noticed a huge decrease in the amount of daily hair shedding. Prior to VIviscal, the shedding was constant. About 4 days after starting Viviscal, much less. I ran out of it after my first month, and the rapid shedding returned. Back on it, and shedding has slowed noticeably again. I have high hopes that this will continue, but it is too soon to say for sure.
It seems to be working…I’m on my second pack and I can notice less bare spots on my skull. I also massage my scalp with my fingertips (not nails) for around four to five minutes a couple of time a day. Do it while watching tv. I see new growth coming in around my face too. I also bought a shower scalp massager that I use while shampooing my hair. The first two photos are after about a month…not “too” much of a difference yet.

iron in product I took on with dinner the day I got it in mail I was up all night like I'd drank energy drinks . i DC it dnt catch on till into bvn one at breakfast and then dinner . same results also by bedtime a really bad headache . Next day took at breakfast BP and up top number now I take medication mine has been great for 2 yrs . After doing some checking I was given the fact iron can really boost energy I have a real good iron count need no iron in my vitamin daily. Niacin can be sensitive in a person . I'm 60 yrs old drvadvise only 8mg needed in my body this is 10mg x2 a day too much. plus its contain supplements that can react to person sensitive. I'm sorry it couldnt be use I do have thinning hair.
i bought this at a friend's recommendation. she and i were both losing hair and when i saw her, her hair had gotten thicker. she told me she had been taking this for about three months and i could see it was working for her so i decided to try it. this is just my second box do i don't see any changes yet as it says you need to take it for six month to see any real growth.
