I don't eat meat so thought this could be really beneficial but it tastes like when you brush your teeth and there's a bit of blood on your gums. Bleh. Can drink it but it just tastes funky.
Loving this Iron Supplement from Voost. It tastes really good and its got a good amount of iron in each dissolvable tablet. It takes two per day to increase iron in the body for women (1 p/day for men).

Great flavour, even when dissolved in a 1L water bottle. Also has some Vit C, Folic Acid and B12, and the amounts are great for a once-a-day supp for my needs.
Pleasantly surprised by this one! Didn’t know what to expect from a “fizzy tablet” for iron supplementation, and as someone with anaemia who’s tried every iron supplement on the market I was open but skeptial to try this.. it’s got a lovely zesty flavour, not too sweet or artificial tasting, it’s great in juice or just a nice cold glass of water. I actually noticed that I seemed to absorb this form of supplement a lot faster than a traditional tablet, I genuinely feel a boost of energy within 30 min of drinking this! It’s also got quite a high index of iron, the mg per tablet is on the therapeutic/high end and actually rivals even the “max” & pregnancy iron supplements (which are my usual “go to” for efficient dosage)! Working long hours outdoors, this is a perfect way to get my iron. Also, unlike the pill form I don't have to take with a meal.
