I am so grateful for the this product. I purchase three to place up and down stairs. They are just what I needed as an allergy sufferer. I no longer feel like I am suffering to breathe. Best purchase I’ve made in a while. Thus far , I am breathing crisp clean air.

I have several now and would not buy any other type. The difference in the air is huge. Smells are gone, lingering odors, smoke, outdoor pollution, new products gassing off, dust sneezing less and just a generally clean air smell in every room. I have horrific respiratory attacks if smoke or chemicals get trapped in my home and these help keep me breathing, along with my keeping these irritants out. The more I have added to total our square footage, the less sick we have all been getting, no colds, flu and less allergy problems. Love them. Helped us out even when we had wildfire smoke.

I already owned one AC350; I bought two additional AC350s to replace a different companies' air purifiers I wasn't happy with. The AC350 is quiet, unobtrusive, works great, and changing the filters is quick and easy. I especially like that the pre-filter is precut to fit and is easily changed by one person. I've had my original AC350 for 4 - 5 years and it is still as quiet and effective as when new. I periodically order replacement filters from Vornado. The filters are shipped quickly and I've never had a website or billing issue. Recommend

I absolutely adore this unit! It does a phenomenal job of getting smoke, dander and dust out of a room. in order to clean an entire room, which it does, you would think that it would be louder than it is. However, the unit runs so softly that after the first couple of days I no longer realized that it was even there. It is amazing what the filter picks up. It truly puts many other units that Ive tried in the past to shame. It is so reasonably priced, especially for a Vornado. When I saw that Vornado was making an air filter I assumed that it would be rather costly. But when I saw the pricing I was astounded. I could not believe that it was affordable. I live in a small apartment. I use this product in my living room. I have found that it makes very little difference in removing smoke and other odors. I have used it on high, day & night since I got it. It is extremely loud . I have since found out I am unable to return it. I am extremely dissatisfied & will probably not be buying anything else from Stoneberry.

Since we have a big house I may end up purchasing one or two additional purifiers.
The quality of this machine is great - I have had a Vornado fan for years which I love, and in part why I purchased this product. I was not disappointed. It looks great- is a good slim design. It is quiet so you can happily have it going at night next to your bed. After only 12 hrs I checked the filter and was surprised what it had pulled from the air . It has a great filter rate- Im Not sure how often I will need to change the filters. This is an added cost to consider - but all hepa filters will require that . I would definitely recommend considering this machine. Seems great value .
I purchased two of these because the first one developed a clicking noise after 24hrs of use and I figured it was probably a random defect since Vornado is usually a great brand. Well the second one developed the same clicking noise. Not as quickly as the first but needless to say, for the price they shouldn’t do that. I reached out to Vornado and after a month of waiting for a response I finally got a return email to start a warranty claim. I had already returned them at that point and decided to spend a little more money and go with a Blueair purifier. Much better choice!

I bought 2 of these due to the smoke from the California wildfires. I have 2 other Vornado air purifiers we bought over 10 years ago when my premie came home from the hospital. Those original 2 have been running every single night for 10+ years and still going strong so it was a no brainer to buy Vornado again. The new models are a bit smaller and quieter and perfect white noise to sleep through. I feel like my indoor air is clean. Can’t smell any smoke indoors whatsoever. I even have one of the older ones running in the garage and keeps the smoke smell out of there too.
