Delivery was received when expected. Unpacked bike and assembled with no problems, however after using a couple of times the computer console failed. There is also a loud knocking sound from inside the cranks when pedalling but this is intermittent at the moment. I have received a new console today and will change over tomorrow and hopefully this one will work. Overall quality of the bike is good but not quite there.

First spin bike purchase, pretty disappointed, the left pedal kept coming off after 2 uses. I contacted with Customer Service who were great in trying to assist and sent replacement pedal, however still having the same issue, pedal still comes lose there for can feel that it is lose when riding. the seat also does not sit straight, when pedalling my right thigh rubs against the medal bit under the seat, despite not really affecting my ride, however I can still feel it.In order for me to sit comfortably on the bike at a correct height so that there is no pain in my knee, I need a step to get on the bike.Bike is sturdy, however the issue with the pedal is extremely frustrating.

Bought the spin bike to do les mills rpm at home. Love how easy you can move it from room to room with the wheels. Simple enough to assemble on your own. Does it’s job well and is stable. You do get a slight noise from the friction of the pad on the fly wheel but after a few classes I don’t even notice it anymore, certainly not loud enough to be an issue especially if listening to music while you ride. Delivery was quick to Gold Coast.

I am not a professional biker just wanted something decent to get started at home with the Peleton app. I would say purchase a phone holder and a water bottle holder with it as they don’t have either of those features. And you cannot adjust the handlebars forward and back only up and down. But overall a great bike considering the price. Good for noobs
Everything about this purchase was nice and easy. The bike itself is easy to assemble, however it is heavy. Even with two people, it is awkward to move, so set it up where you plan to use it! It is quiet, has heaps of resistance and the seat is comfortable. Personally I have had the bike for a month and have already lost 3kgs.
We love this bike, it was easy to build and it's really supportive. I'm over 6ft tall so I really wanted to ensure I got a bike that was suitable for my height, and this one is great. I also wanted a strong bike to handle a lot of standing rides and sprints, and this does the job. The only thing I wish were different is there's nowhere to put your phone or a water bottle, but these are two small things. We just make sure to have the bike beside a bench.
We bought this bike because it can be adjusted at both the saddle and handlebar - it means my husband and I can use it, change the settings to ensure its comfortable for us both, and enjoy a comfortable ride whether we prefer to sit up or lean over. It was easy to assemble, feels solid, changing the wheel resistance is easy and the ride is smooth. For a bike to use to work on our fitness, it's exactly what we need. We can keep track of all of the readings we like - distance, time, pace, cadence, without forcing us to sign up to a programme we don't want to be tied to. Buying through Gym & Fitness was also easy, we were able to try and compare other models before we chose the Vortex S7, which I am glad we did. Delivery was efficient, notifications were prompt and it ... MoreWe bought this bike because it can be adjusted at both the saddle and handlebar - it means my husband and I can use it, change the settings to ensure its comfortable for us both, and enjoy a comfortable ride whether we prefer to sit up or lean over. my first spin bike! purchased as a rehab tool for my knee and to build up leg strength as it had multi seat and handlebar adjustment points (more later) as well as a 25kg flywheel, before hitting the road and trails again on the trusty old mountain bike. quite easy to assemble, although the water bottle holder is way to low. very solid and stable. being 190cm tall and 113kg I found the seat/handlebar adjustments quite good and enabled a fairly comfortable position. the only criticisms here would be the lack of a handlebar angle adjustment and the seat... and lordy, that seat does cause some extreme man part discomfort (since fixed with the installation of my mountain bike seat (ah, bliss). overall, the experience has been quite good.. the price was great, ... Moremy first spin bike! purchased as a rehab tool for my knee and to build up leg strength as it had multi seat and handlebar adjustment points (more later) as well as a 25kg flywheel, before hitting the road and trails again on the trusty old mountain bike. quite easy to assemble, although the water bottle holder is way to low. very solid and stable. being 190cm tall and 113kg I found the seat/handlebar adjustments quite good and enabled a fairly comfortable position. the only criticisms here would be the lack of a handlebar angle adjustment and the seat... and lordy, that seat does cause some extreme man part discomfort (since fixed with the installation of my mountain bike seat (ah, bliss). overall, the experience has been quite good.. the price was great, considering all the above features compared to others in the market, and the free delivery was really quite a bonus.... just remember it is delivered as 'freight' so it may take more than a week to be delivered depending on where you live (Brisbane to Canberra took less than a week and was delivered on a Saturday morning), and you will need to be home to accept delivery. cheers
This is a great spine bike for a beginner. Its very well made and sturdy, operations are very smooth mechanically. If the handle bar angle was adjustable that would of been even better as I am only short and the reach is probably a bit too far for me for my body to remain in the correct anatomical position but apart from that this spin is brillliant.
few months old and making loud noise at the crank. Need to pull apart and repair but now need a crank puller tool. No repair and maintenance guide came with the bike. That would be helpful or even tutorials on this website for DIY maintenance
