My hair is a bit coarse, wavy and fizzes up with humidity. My old straightener (another brand) died and I took a chance on this with the rose gold drawing me in. WOWZA!. I couldn't believe I didn't have to wait 5 minutes for it to heat up and that my hair could look straight and glossy in just a couple of minutes use. Running my hair through the ceramic plates feels kinder on my hair than the old metal plates.

Don't look any further for a straightener/curler - this one is all you need. Heats quickly, works really well and has an auto shut off. The sides heat up for easy hair curling. No reason to pay 4x more for other brands, my last VS straightener lasted 12 years and I'm loving my new one.

I did a LOT of research to find the most suitable straightener that suited my needs as there were so many options.I wanted something light, and quick to heat up/cool down for travel, that I could easily use to curl my hair and somthing that was smooth to use with no ripping of my hair.This was the most accomodating, at the lowest price and it had great reviews.I've been 100% happy with my original purchase. In fact, this review is for the one I brought for my mother in law, as she also loved using it.

Good quality and lightweight, a few glitches though from my perspective. Obviously the main one for me is that it doesn't straighten as well as some other cheaper products I've had unfortunately. The pads don't open up as much to grab as much hair to straighten, taking longer to straighten all your hair. You can burn yourself as the heat pads touch get close to your skin (ears etc), accidentally touching the controls where your hands are turns off the straightener. Sizzling noises when close to ear. But heats up quickly. I'm happy with the curling function and the 2 in one functionality. I probably would prefer another model next time.
I have been using this products for nearly 2 months now and loving it. Love it when I can created beautiful curls from a hair straightener. It's nice and sleek, easy to use however should be very careful while using it as the outer part of the plates are generating heat as well. Overall, I'm happy with the product.
Unfortunately this product does not work for me because I didn’t realise it heats up the outside of the wand as well as it serves as curling tool too. As I have a bob it was burning my neck. Will work well for long hair. Could not return it as I had opened the box and tried it.
Been using this straightener for the past 2 months and very happy, heats up very well and also has a great anti frizz component. My hair is always super soft and minimal frizz after straightening or curling. This is the first time a straightener has worked so well for me in being anti frizz. It also works perfectly as a straightener or curler but you do have to be careful as the outside of the straightener gets really hot! Very happy with purchase!

Well worth it. Straightens well and curls well also. Love the different temperature adjustment. Dont need the expensive brands as this one does the same job even better.

I like this VS styler very much, definitely better than just using just the hair dryer, so difficult to DIY when your hair is curly. It's better than other similar styler, I have a VS ceramic hair curler, but it always catch my hair, this one is much easier and smoother to glide through and set the hair. I have permed hair, getting it blow dry like in the hair salon at home is not easy and take a long time, but then it doesn't last long before it becomes frizzy.
