This def works well. I've had trouble sleeping lately and I've been taking the wanderlust sleep with water before bed and it's really relaxed my mind. I've also noticed I don't wake up as much either.

I drop directly onto my tongue just 15-20 minutes before going to sleep, and I always find myself calm and sleepy when I hop into bed. Sleep Botanicals is definitely a permanent part of my evening routine now!

Since I’ve started taking this I’ve had an easier time getting to sleep and feeling rested. Don’t mind the taste either. Also seems to work well when paired with Valerian. I recommend this product for anyone experiencing restlessness at night.
This is another one of my favourite Wanderlust products! I use it at night after a busy day to help me unwind, with a tea and a book. A beautiful addition to my bedtime ritual.
Love this product! I use it only when I feel I need to, but it sends me to sleep almost straight away and I sleep the entire night, with no annoying early morning 'brain active' sessions. Highly recommended!
This product works for me, easy to take and it has a pleasant taste also there are no nasty after/ side effects, such as addictivness or neuroligical effects. Iwill keep using this product.
Maybe I haven't been taking it long enough but I don't feel like it's improved my sleep. I wear a Fitbit to bed to record restlessness and that hasn't changed any with these drops. Ill continue to use the bottle and change my review if there are any improvements.
I often had trouble getting to sleep and staying there. Also used other products with limited success but now slep like a baby with sleep botanicals. Thank you Wanderlust. I have already recommended to friends and family
