I like the stealth look of the blacked out Gshock. Of all the negative display - this one is the easiest to read for me since it is not cluttered. I also find the the combi bracelet to be very comfortable. I find the bluetooth function of these models very convenient - aside from the added functions, it makes adjusting the watch very easy.

Brilliant and I love it. I had a gshock before with the standard screen and I would say that the inverted screen is more difficult to read especially in low light. Other than that it’s brilliant. I added a third party deployant clasp and it’s so close to perfect and I would recommend to anyone. I love gshock products anyway.

Classic black with bold highlights = Winner

A little hard to read, but that's on me, I knew what I was getting into when I bought a negative display. Other than that it's such a great watch. Bluetooth setup and sync is easy and an excellent feature. Will be keeping an eye out for more of these. Please, G-Shock make a full on retro 5000 with these features!

Great watch, great price, great service!

I'm very pleased with this watch. Bluetooth and app work well. Nice to know time is exact. The negative display can be difficult to see in poor lighting however this is easily overcome by using the light button or auto light function. Solar power is also a plus. Great watch at a great price. Quick postage.

This is a light and versatile timepiece as well as being easy on the eye and very accurate. Great value for money. The dullness of the display takes a little time to get used to but the back light more than compensates.I haven't had the need as yet to use the Bluetooth connectivity features but will do when I travel however even without this the adjustments between time zones and daylight saving appears to be simple.What I really like about the 'solar' technology is that it totally obviates the need for the periodic replacement of batteries.

Love it

I love G-Shocks. I was looking for a travel watch that would not break the bank, would set itself on time and would not be a computer on my wrist. This model fits the bill. Perfect size, functionality, classic design and I don't have to charge it. Unless you need to track your every step, this watch should be in your list.

Review Title

I already have an old G Shock Protector and hoped this Yellow version was going to be a suitable upgrade. The watch is great to look at, but sadly misses the point of being a watch as the display is so dim that I cannot be read immediately. I either have to use my other hand to press the illuminator button or turn the watch to a different light angle. So its back to my 6 yr old G Shock, it is scratched and tatty but does tell me the time at a glance.

Ordered a G-Shock solar (first one, getting fed up of winding and setting time/date on all my mechanicals) 14:30hrs and received the watch next day. Great service, kept fully updated throughout the process by email from clicking buy to having the watch on wrist. Good price when compared to other retailers online and in store. Will certainly look here for my next watch.

Smaller than what I expected

My first G-shock and I'm a bit dissapointed, it's like a baby-g. Looks much bigger on video reviews and photos. The display is hard to read and if you have a 7.5 inch wrist, this may not be for you. I'm only keeping this because it's the most accurate watch amongst of all my solar and automatics. The bluetooth and tough solar are the only reasons why I've started to like it. This will be my beater and I hope it lasts.

This G-shock square literallyhas everything! Gold display for the win!

Such a unique and comfortable watch. The sand color looks very nice in person and the gold display is very rare among these g shock gw-b5600 squares which is why I purchased it. This model has everything you could ever want froma square including that gold display, multiband 6, tough solar and Bluetooth with the app. This is by far my favorite g shock square in my collection. Tillys, as usual, has very fast shipping and the watch was packaged securely. Very satisfied!
