I spent one whole day setting up system only to find it didn't work. Break in line. Couldn't find break so had to reassemble entire system and start again with more wire, same thing. Fault line told me to try 3 metres, did that and it worked. So started again this time treating it like an unexploded bomb and laying it on ground gently, it worked, secured it and same thing. Break in line, unable to find. Went to electrical store to get stronger wire but it was shut so set up a very small area around the problem corner and purchased a very long extension cord to make it work. Now have to purchase a cabinet to keep it out of weather. Dog still to come back to test it, fingers crossed.

I recently purchase an electric dog fence as my previous one was about three years old and started to fail to operate, box arrived and set the system up as per the instruction and must say is so easy to set up my 13-year-old daughter help me set it up, one the collar receivers did not work. I called the technical support at Pet Control HQ the same day and I was immediately taken by the wiliness to help me rectify my problem and after a few instructions they did. Thank you, Pet Control HQ, in particular Chloe.

Is pretty simple to set up once you have an idea of how it goes. only thing that would make it easier if it didn’t have to be all connected up together. So you can block off multiple areas. Collar lasts decent fair while and if you keep it recharged regularly chargin doesn’t take that long. Still in the learning more about it stage but works pretty dam good for price if you ask me. Will be buying another collar soon for my boyfriends puppy when he comes over.

Hi have an English Staffie who developed a bad habit of damaging my trees and breaking off branches. I created an exclusion zone around the trees and garden beds. After a few interactions with the zones, he doesn't go near the garden beds. I wish I had set this up ages ago.

Great product for the money. Easy to install. Love the rechargeable collars. Only negative is the flimsy wire which appears to break more easily and may be harder to repair compared to other, more expensive brands with thicker wires. Time will tell I guess however so far I am satisfied.
Dogs were digging day after day and getting out, started happening daily 6 weeks ago. Did not know why, could not stop it. Bought the electric dog fence kit x2 collars, received within 24 hours (wow) setup 2 weeks ago, dogs have not got out since. They have adapted, and are happy as well. Solid buy at a good price! Worth
I recently purchased Pet Control HQ Rechargeable fence with 3 collars. This replaces a system which no longer worked and I am very happy with it. As my dogs were already trained to an electric boundary they adapted very quickly to new collars. I particularly like that each collar can be set at a different stimulus as my three dogs have very different acceptance of stimulus.
I needed a way to control my sons dog getting out our property through a big hedge I found the pet control, HQ waterproof rechargeable standard electric dog fence with three Collars it was cheaper than expected. It came in three days. It was easy to set up. It was easy to add more wire for a bigger set up. The product works great and now have no problem with the dog getting out. It’s kind it’s gentle and I would recommend this product to anyone having trouble with their dog escaping the customer service I had was spot on quick and easy and a very nice group of people to chat with definitely five stars and the product works 100%, I’m totally satisfied, and my problem is fixed
Its simple and effective, installed quite a complicated set up around a few areas including twisting the wire as shown in the instructions cancelling the signal, to create 2 areas the doggos can hang out. So they don’t break into the compost bin or the vege patch. Took about 1 day to run the cable and dig it in. recommend leaving the dogs inside while you run the cable, they tripped over it once and broke it. Easy to repair tho.Thanks.
