Beautiful strong fragrance which wafts even more once lit. Burns cleanly with a lovely big flame. I’ve used the glass lid to put the candle out and there’s no black soot on any surface. It’s difficult to make a decision when buying online but I’d buy these again for the lovely presentation, wonderful fragrance, how easily they bun and reasonable price. Best of luck with your decision.
I have purchased one of these a couple of times as they are just as good as other more expensive brands. The scent of the beach is subtle and not a sickly sweet as some candles can be. I also like giving them as gifts to remind people that beach time Will be here again soon.
It’s ok. Not very strong and not my kind of scent but it’s quality and def smells very beach. I was hoping more sunscreen smell though.
This candle absolutely smells of the beach. It has captured the scents of salt, coconut, sunscreen and the sea breeze. The fragrance is long lasting and reminds me of a beautiful warm day at the beach. It’s my favourite candle.
The quality of the glass candle is excellent so much so that after the candle has burnt I will keep the glass jar for flowers. In store all staff are very friendly and approachable. Every item I have bought from Adairs has been of the highest quality. My only criticism is that the home deliveries take too long to receive sometimes up to 2 weeks. I don't seem to have this trouble with other online companies.
I bought this particular candle for my mother as she lives close to the beach and I wanted to bring the smell a little closer to home. She’s a big candle fan and this was exactly what I was looking for. My Dad doesn’t like strong smells but he loves the beach so this was perfect for their household.
I love this candle. It comes in a lovely reusable glass jar, which will come in handy to recycle for nuts or lollies. We are moving to a town close to the beach so the scent is perfect to get us in the mood for what’s to come; with tones of the ocean, I can almost hear the waves. All in all, a great choice.
