I’ve purchased many of these albums over the years and feel like they are good sturdy albums that will last for years to come. However, this album came with page protectors that had cut holes so they won’t stay in the album. The cuts were on every one of them so they are completely useless. So disappointed as this is not the typical quality I’ve come to expect from these albums.
In my opinion, We R Memory Keepers albums are the best! Office Supply normally has the best price on them. The color I ordered is beautiful and will be perfect for our new granddaughter. It is amazing how quickly I receive orders from this company.
I had started replacing my post bound albums with these 3-Ring Albums and then all of a sudden I could no longer locate them anywhere. I even called the company and was told that Jo-Anns would have them back in a short while. I finally starting seeing them on a few sites but no country blue. This was the color that I had chosen for my son and with him being 27 years old I was nowhere near finished scrapbooking all of his pages and had 3 albums full. So glad to see them again. I love these albums. So much better than unscrewing the post bound to add more pages and the quality is fantastic! Happy to see them on sale when I purchased more, but would have gladly given full price.
In order to find a little more room on my shelves, I've replaced all of my mismatched old albums with these faux leather 3-ring albums. I must have 25 of them by now. They look lovely on my shelves, with a very professional appearance at a reasonable price. I love the slightly padded feel, how many 12x12 and pocket pages they hold, and how strong the binder rings are. I highly recommend them.
I was waiting excitedly for the leather album for a very special gift I was going to make for my daughter's 50th birthday. I should have known that a leather album would not sell for this price, but I also trusted JoAnn's description. After I had opened and taken off the protective cover, etc., I questioned the quality of the leather. And there in small print was the "faux leather" note. I can not use this quality for my gift. Very disappointed!
I ordered a 12 x 12 inch photo album. I was sent a 12.9" x 14.9" inch album. The return contact at Office Supply did not agree that the incorrect product was sent. I included photos in my email exchange to no avail. My return shipping costs were $20.05. The original shipping costs for the product were $8.99. My out of pocket loss totals $29.04 because I was sent an incorrect product. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau.
I have purchased 3 of these leather albums for my ancestry scrapbook project. They are strong and made os quality materials. I originally tried the standard albums covered in less sturdy materials and the fell apart after only being handled a few times. But the leather version here is totally awesome and up to the task! Would sincerely recommend these for anyone who has a need for heavy duty albums .
