The cover looks great on the grill with the WEBER Name & Logo. But, it’s overpriced $45.00, for the quality. It’s not a rugged cover. If left outside you’ll be buying a new one each year. I’d buy a higher quality cover.

Disappointed. Quite a high price for a very flimsy cover. In the past the covers were far more substantive. This one flew away within 2 days. Waste of my money. Why was the change in weight of the covers made? And to charge close to $50??

Every day I check this cover is either half off or on the ground when I come outside. The velcro is only on one side which isn't enough to hold it in place.They should have designed it with at least two velcro straps (one on each side) or made the cover weighted. The velcro is weak, which doesn't help.Anyways today the cover was completely gone. It wasn't even that windy today. I'm not sure what the point of this cover is, If it doesn't work in windy/rainy weather.

I have 2 18" grills at two different houses. I had purchased covers twice before at hardware stores. I found none at 2 different hardware stores. I went to the Weber website and quickly found what I was looking for. They were reasonably priced. Delivery was prompt. The fit is snug. The fabric seems lighter than the last time. The prior covers became brittle and developed holes. This cover has a Velcro strip at the bottom to fasten it to the base of the grill. Hopefully they will stand up to the weather since both are completely unsheltered.
I recently purchased this item to cover my Pit Barrel cooker instead of purchasing the manufacturer's product, which the last one only lasted me two years before falling apart. The Weber cover appears to be of excellent quality, and is a satisfactory fit for my Pit Barrel. It fits somewhat loose, so I wrapped a bungee cord around the bottom so that the wind doesn't blow it off during a storm.I especially like the built-in strap on top for easy removal. The main reasons for purchasing this item is the Weber quality name and three-year warranty, and many great reviews from various websites.
The fit seems a little sloppy, the material too thin and really doesn’t need to be that long. Generic style covers seem as thin. The previous Weber branded cover that I had to replace had a better fit, heavier material and better length. Its length stopped at top of the wheels. On the positive side the built in ‘handle’ and light weight makes for easy removal. I’d rather have one that projects the quality of that product and reflective of Weber products.
We have been using our Weber grill and Weber grill cover for 2 1/2 months now. The grill cover fits our grill perfectly and is a nice flexible material. 2 stars because I have had to pick the cover up off the ground and put it back on at least 12 times already. It blows off the grill anytime it is the least bit windy! And Yes, I am attaching the cover with the Velcro scrap EACH time. Maybe if it had 2 or 3 straps it could actually do it’s job. I noticed in your description it says “straps”. My grill cover purchased in Late April of 2022 has only one Velcro strap on the bottom. Disappointed especially at this price.
I surprised my husband with an ocean blue Webber 22” grill, this grill cover, and a chimney starter for our anniversary. This grill cover looks great and is made of a nice flexible material. However, the slightest bit of wind blows it off the grill! Yes, I am using the Velcro strap each and every time to attach the cover to the grid at the bottom of the grill and I still have had to retrieve it from the patio at least 12 times in only 10 weeks. It needs at least 2 or 3 Velcro straps in my opinion- this is no area to cut corners. Most annoying is when It blows off while it is raining and I have to wait for the grill and cover to dry before reattaching. What’s the point if it’s not doing it’s job?
The quality of the product appears to be good. I would recommend the grill cover for anyone who has a small kettle grill. BUT, I am not happy with the return policy. I purchased the 18 inch grill cover online. When I received it and tried to cover my grill, I learned that the cover is too small. I need the larger cover. When I contacted Weber Grills for an RMA to return the grill cover and then purchase the larger cover I learned that returns on items less than $50 are not allowed. I'm stuck with a grill cover I cannot use. I'm out the price of the cover and I went and purchased a larger grill cover from a 3rd party company for more than what Weber charges. Too bad! Something that could have been a success story with a happy customer turned into a negative story.
I've purchased 3 of them and every one was lost in a storm. The velcro straps don't keep it secured to the grill. I love the material and durability, but Weber needs to figure out a better way of keeping it secure. Right now the grill is uncovered, since I refuse to have another $45 cover fly away during the next storm.
