I love Manuka Honey, and it's a constant companion of mine throughout winter and whenever I travel. These packs make it easy to take it with you, with each little packet having about 1tsp of honey in a size you can slide in your wallet! Wedderspoon honey is high quality and it always gets me the results I'm looking for - namely being back up on my feet quickly or protecting me from seasonal ills. It's always on my packing list and I have one in my purse. Highly recommend if you want to get your daily dosage in on the go!

You need to decide if you want multiflower or monoflower. The later is 90-95% from the Manuka flower where as the multi version has a far lower % of nectar from the Manuka flowers. The other components are tested thru chemistry and that chemistry can & does change based on variables testing the same batch so that is not as reliable of a method as the K factor. I am a long term insulin dependent diabetic, so ANY leg wounds can be a huge problem ! I accidentally cut my lower leg on a piece of metal, and its been extremely difficult to get this cut to completely close. My skin was SO red, and broken, I thought theres no way this honey is going to feel tolerable on my skin !! Boy, was I wrong !! Now, Im finally on my way to complete healing thanks to mother natures miracle of Maluka Honey !! And one very critical thing to remember, is DO NOT lick the spoon your using to scoop out your Maluka Honey and stick it back into the honey container, because your saliva will contaminate the contents in the jar !! Use a fresh spoon for every scoop especially if you put your mouth on it !! Very important not to forget this aspect !!

I love this Manuka honey . And I have noticed that I feel better when I take it. Also, I've read up on it and it has many health benefits but you shouldn't put in hot water or anything hot cause it will destroy the antibacterial activity. I take 2 teaspoons a day & sometimes I put it in warm tea. However, it is expensive so I buy several only when Swansons runs a special. Otherwise, I buy it from whoever has the best price .
I am 80 years old. I have been using Wedderspoon Honey for a few years. I discovered its nutritional value when I first was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. It is an antioxidant, an antibiotic, and even heals wounds if applied topically. It may only be a coincidence that my health is very good, but I doubt it.
