I'm 6-4, 250lbs and she struggles with me a bit. Definitely some flexing and wobbling which actually makes the movements even harder. If it doesn't break, maybe it'll work my stabilizer muscles even better lol. Hard to complain for the price and being in the middle of this Pandemic. Thank you to Walmart for not price gouging to the extent of other retailers.P.S. Dips are the only real issue. The other movements are perfectly acceptable. 3 out of 4 ain't bad.

I cannot complain about the product I purchased. It has everything that I wanted and the instructions were just fine. My husband and son started the assembly and came across a few issues but they were fixable after rereading the instruction. Once I joined the "assembly crew" there were less mistakes after mentioning that previous reviews stated having issues with instructions. I pointed out to the crew it clearly states to read carefully before assembling and places were it states "do not....". As mentioned in other reviews we used 2 socket wrenches. I didn't track the time it took to complete but it felt like more than an hour. No big deal, fun family time and no one got hurt, lol. We started testing a few exercises to make sure it is sturdy enough. My husband is ... MoreI cannot complain about the product I purchased. We started testing a few exercises to make sure it is sturdy enough. My husband is 6'3" roughly 270 and it appears to hold up. He said he would stay away from doing "Dip" excercise because he is afraid it might tip but he can replace that exercise with the "Push-Up" exercise. Not a problem. I am 4'11" and roughly 150 able to complete most exercises with assistance like using a step stool. I am unable to rest properly against the back rest and reach the handle bar to complete leg lifts but in all honesty I couldn't do that when I used equipments at the gym. I am petite and always having to adjust in life. Not a problem. I prepared myself to recieve the product in Sept when I placed the order in late July but was surprised to recieve it in Aug. I am not big on writing reviews as I am in reading them but felt I should for this product. I plan on following up after using it for a while but may not. I will be happy if it lasts at least a year. I say that because I have spent 10 dollars a month for almost 2 years for a gym membership and never went too. As I said at the beginning I cannot complain about the product because I knew what I was going to get. Now it is time to enjoy the product.

I bought this item over a year ago to get back in shape. Love how easy it was to set up, compact, and fits perfectly in my regular standard 2 car garage. It allows me to work on my chest, arms, and most importantly my midsection. I wish I would of bought it sooner. Also, enjoy that I can move it with ease to the backyard and workout late at night. I was at 260 lbs and now I'm at 245 lbs. Most importantly for me, is that I now have more flexibility for my golf swing and improved my driving distance an additional 20 yards.

Best product on the market for the price!

Overall quality of the Weider Power Tower is fantastic. The materials and overall feel and stability of this rack far exceeds the more expensive racks that Academy has on display at their store. The item is shipped directly from the manufacture which cuts out the middle man.The rack is very easy to assembler. The box it came in was a bit beat up and the package that held the nuts, bolts, and washers was ripped open inside the box. This took time out of my day because I needed to locate and account for every piece. When the washers were painted, they must've packaged them immediately after. There were two curved washers that I could not separate from each other. I had to spend a few cents out of pocket to ensure that I had all the pieces. The only downside I have ... MoreOverall quality of the Weider Power Tower is fantastic. I attempted to tighten the bolts that hold the pads on, but they still seem to shift on me.Overall, for the price, the quality is unbeatable. I have had this rack for about a month now and I absolutely love it.

Decent quality for the price, assembly is awful

I paid $105 for the Weider Power Tower. I paid extra for next day shipping, but it arrived 3 days late. Next, when I opened the box, the hardware packet was open with screws and nuts loose throughout...2 of which could never be found. I've never assembled anything with more screws - assembly is no small effort. Even with the 2 missing pieces, I was able to get it assembled in about 90 minutes from the time I started unpacking.Overall, the quality of the materials is good. Stability, I would give 4 out of 5. It would have to be considerably heavier to achieve better stability than it has, so I am pleased with the trade-off of weight vs stability. It's a good piece of equipment, and I would probably give it 4 stars overall if I hadn't had the assembly struggles.

Excellent piece of equipment!
1 April 2020

This is a great deal and I'm about to tell you why. Because of the Corona virus pandemic, they've closed the gyms here in Cleveland Ohio. I ordered this piece of equipment so I can get some kind of a work out and continue my healthy lifestyle. I'm 55 year's old and if I take any time off from working out I might not start up again. When I bought it, they said it would take 3 weeks to get it. I got it in 9 days. The instructions say that 2 people show build it. I'm a disabled veteran who has little to no use of my left hand. I was able to assemble it in about 90 minutes by myself using a 1/2" socket, a 9/16 wrench and some tape to hold the bolts in place while I tightened them. I'm actually happy that I bought this because when they reopen the gym, if I ever feel like not going I won't feel guilty because I'll still be able to get a great work out in! My wife likes it too and I hold her feet while she does pull-up's.

Good Product. Great Price...Excellent workout!!
27 April 2020

I purchased this product when the gyms closed from the Pandemic. I was looking for something inexpensive and sturdy that would provide the opportunity for a descent workout. I also needed something that would fit into a a small area in my garage. I didn’t have high expectations for this product, especially at this price range. I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised with the Weider Power Tower. I am 6’2” and weigh 205lbs. The Power Tower is sturdy enough to handle my size at all 4 of the stations. It feels solid and sturdy. I don’t worry about it breaking apart during my Interval training routine. I read other reviews that mentioned the product was difficult to assemble. I read other reviews that mentioned the product was difficult to assemble. I am not handy but am capable of following written directions. I had no problem putting it together myself in about 90 minutes. The one thing I don’t love is the Captains Chair. While the back rest is ok, the arm rests do feel cheap and are a bit uncomfortable. But again, for a little over $100 it is hard to complain. The Power Tower can not be adjusted, so one size fits all. It works well for me at 6’2” but small individuals might have problems with some of the stations. Honestly, I am quite satisfied with this product. I have been ableto put together some great routines that are better than anything I was doing at the gym. Based on my experience with this product I would not hesitate to purchase another product made by Weider.

Missing Parts.
14 June 2020

When the package arrived it was taped toward the end. I checked to see if the parts were missing and at the time everything seemed to be there. However, it was not until I finally had time to put the Weider Power Tower together that I realized that a single part was missing after putting over half of it together; which really sucked by the way because I was really looking forward to utilizing this piece of equipment. Now due to the pandemic not only am I unable to use the equipment and have to return it because of a single missing part but it is now out of stock. I have to literally wait until it gets back in stock before I can return it if I want another one; and there is no telling when that will be. So for anyone looking to purchase this item triple check the parts to make sure that they are all there because the manual does not list the number of parts in a layout format to aid in counting the parts prior to assembly. I hope that this helps someone and prevents them from going through what I went through. Being ticked off is an understatement truly.

Nice Equipment
31 October 2016

I am very happy with my "Power Tower," which, by the way, lists for $1,000 on the Weider site! Design and manufacturing is good with a nice coating on all metal parts to protect against corrosion. No parts or hardware were missing from the package. The tower uses lock bolt connections which are strong and have back-up plates at stress points to prevent separation. Welds are not perfect, but they will not break and it is not an airplane! The structure is heavy enough so that the tower will not move around in use even by 200 lb. plus people. Instructions were good and assembly by anyone who can use a box wrench and screwdriver is a no brainer. It helps to have a buddy to hold heavy parts while you are bolting them together. But fingerhut has been great in the past so im sure they will be well and more than able to fix my issue for me easily. I always make sure my account is paid in full with them and they continue to offer me more chances to always improve ones credit, its hard to reach the max score these days as you know. But i still would recommend this, as this was just worker error not the company or fingerhut so, its agood product, as i said i have used this exact model from a friends back screened in patio, and well it was very good intense with the leg lifts.
