We use Wella Blondor at my current salon, and for whatever reason, I am totally allergic to it! I can use it on my clients, but I have to keep a safe distance from it and always wear gloves. It makes me sneeze, I get horrible rashes, and it leaves rashes on my body. It does a great job at lightening hair without compromising the integrity of the hair. My friend ended up using this on me, I thought we were using a different one on the scalp, but I ended up getting a pretty intense chemical burn. I think it was a mixture of leaving it on a little too long along with the allergies. It wasn’t good, but I am happy with the results and how healthy my hair still is. We used this over a permanent 5/0 so that was very impressive. I’m not sure what it is in this particular formula that my body doesn’t agree with, but that’s alright.

My hair dresser used Wella, so I knew I was going to stick with that. I watched videos and researched a TON, and I don't think I will EVER go back to a salon.. well not to dye my hair blonde atleast đŸ€©đŸ˜‰ I am not a professional 🙃 I just like to do my own hair. A fast and simple-to-mix lightening powder, Blondor Multi Blonde Powder produces a creamier consistency for a professional application. Our hairdressersÂŽ favorite product, best-seller within the Blondor range. For controlled and reliable lightening up to 7 levels of lift. For all lightening techniques. For perfect lightening, even on pre-colored hair. Contains anti-yellow molecules to help reduce orange/yellow undertones during lightening.

I have been lightening my hair for several years. I was using a cheaper bleach but i can tell the difference now. This is the only one i will use now. ever since going fully platinum blonde i know how it will lift it does not dry out my hair as bad as others. I would be careful using 30 volume near the scalp i did have a little breakage but it's my own fault i bleached 2 xs too soon with 30 vol. Now i stick to 20 vol just for roots. I think its the best for bleach and tone. I want to mention also use olaplex too. Be careful with any lightener.

Exactly what I needed to start my new look. I’ve used blondor in the past and it never disappoints. I’ve tried other bleaching products and it doesn’t quite work as well as Blondor. Anyone with a sensitive scalp should add a couple packets of “sweet n low” to the mix to prevent itchiness if you’re processing close to the root. I have dark Asian hair and am always fearful of getting that brassy orange color along with breakage. I rather not go 40vol on the developer but I do with Blondor because it seems to get the job done in one process. I recommend adding Olaplex no 1 to the mixture due to intense chemical damage that could follow from processing. I also recommend toning with a purple toner to eliminate any unwanted brass that might still be present. To upkeep the cool tones I highly recommend using a sulfate free, preferably purple, shampoo. Good luck everyone!

I am by no means a professional, but I bleach my own hair at home in order to dye it vibrant colours, because every salon experience with bleach has ended badly for me. I always assumed there would be no noticable difference vetween bleach powders, and have only used bleach kits that you can find at a normal drug store (two brands that are known for vibrant colours). I tried using Wella Blondor powder this time with the inebrya developer, and I was amazed, at how much more even the final result was, and far less brassy than other blue powders have achieved. If I wanted to go blonde, this would do the job in one application without need of a toner. I now completely understand why people recommend products like this over cheaper brands (and this was still a very affordable product).

Impressive results

I just did a test strand on my hair this morning using an unbleached section with a section from my previous balayage/baby lights from about a month ago. My natural hair is a level 3, and even after multiple attempts, my hair dresser could never get my hair lighter than a level 6 with plenty of orange tone. I am going naturally gray, but wanted a gradient bleach to the ends of my hair to dye the lower half of my hair a gun-metal silver for my natural albino white/gray hairs to grow out and blend into, which I’d need around a level 9 to get the look I am going for. I mixed one part of the Wella BlondorPlex with 2 parts of the Welloxon Perfect 20 Vol. I checked the foil every 5 mins, and after only 35 mins the prelightened sections were up to a level 10/11, and the ... MoreI just did a test strand on my hair this morning using an unbleached section with a section from my previous balayage/baby lights from about a month ago. I used the WellaPlex No 3 afterwards. After drying, the test section is smooth, shiny and strong, with only very light damage at the very tips of my hair (nothing a œ” trim wouldn’t take care of, or could have totally avoided if I wasn’t being lazy and waited til the last 10 mins to pull the bleach mixture through the last 1” of my hair like I should have done in the first place). My hair never looked or felt this good after the salon visits, so I am very happy with this product, and can’t wait to do the full bleaching gradation and colour to finally achieve the look I’ve been trying to get for the past year.

I'm a global platinum and have been using Blondor for around a year and decided to pick this up. It has a stronger blue hue than Blondor which I actually like, the toning effect is noticeable. It lifted my natural level 4 roots to a fairly neutralized 9/10 in an hour. Blondor has a finer texture and swells less in the bowl so it wins on that front. I think this is the best lightener at Sally's now and a great choice especially if you aren't licensed and don't want to order potentially fake professional products like Blondor online.

I'm a hairdresser and I had a pretty dark and vibrant blue and sea green on the lengths of my hair and a level 4/5 brown dye on the roots. I used this bleach powder with a wella perfection 6% 20 volume peroxide. I did my mids and ends first then waited 30 minutes to do my roots, I then left it on for the full recommended 50 minutes. I used a purple toner shampoo for 20 minutes and I was left with a nice blonde, I could have done with toning it again but I didn't need to worry about that as I just needed it lightened to dye it a lighter blue. My hair was a little dry but that's because of previous bleaching 2 weeks before, providing you don't do it too often you shouldn't have the same issue. The photos are taken 1 day apart in the same room and lighting so you can see the difference better however both looked lighter and ashier in daylight.
