Never ever again buying at this website. They promote different product pictures and descriptions then they actually sell. So if you buy something to expect to receive something else (or as in my situation the old formula of a product that they should not even be selling anymore). First of all, I received a different product then was advertised on their site, I contacted them and agreed they will send me the product that I paid for. After returning my product to them I receive my ’new, the good product’’ which appears to be the exact same (wrong) product that I received before. I contact the website about it and they are saying that I can send the product on my own expenses. Do not trust the pictures and descriptions that they have posted.

I have porous hair so i try not to bleach it too much. Normally ill lose hair when bleaching but i lost nothing with this. Definitely my go to bleach for personal and professional use

Best used with the Wella Blondor powder bleach. Very creamy consistency and easy to apply. Does its job giving an even lift if you work at a good, fast pace to avoid irritating the scalp. Left my scalp in a good condition, but just keep away from already sensitive/dry skin by coating those areas with vaseline. Feels lovely and soft when washing out and did not cause tangles while my hair was wet. Would definitely recommend!

Asked to buy by my wife. Hugh volume and expensive and too strong %. I was told I needed it to use with Koleston products. I warned she would not be happy if it is wrong. My wife said totally unnecessary, any make fine. The manager refused to take back the un-opened container.Very unhappy having also just gained membership.
Have only used it once so far. I mix it with Koleston Perfect ME+ 2/8 Darkest Brown/Pearl for my dark Asian hair. Application is pretty easy. Smell isn't bad either. It looks dark enough to blend in with my hair.
