My dog pooped so many times in the house (not normal), I had been giving him these along with his normal dry food. He was fine for a few days then all of the sudden poopageddon. He does tend to have a sensitive stomach. Will give away the rest with a warning.
There is very little meat in these. Mostly just juice.
He eats the whole thing and all his food underneath. He is not food motivated and I would have to sit next to him and cheer him on to eat his dry food. But now I just add this and he will eat his whole dinner and I can be free to do other things. Life saver.
Well, my dog loves these. But bring a spoon/utensil because it's not that easy to get the shreds out of the pouch. Otherwise, great product!
My dog started not eating much of his dog food. I bought these as a topper. He absolutely loves them. He's still a puppy so I feed him twice a day. So I used half a pouch at a time. I refrigerated it till later. He started getting mushy stools and it was green. Yuck! I made the mistake of buying the variety pack and I believe the one with the chicken, beef, and carrots is the one making this happen. I took him off these and the stool returned to normal. Now he's back to not eating much of his regular dog food. I'm at a loss of what to do. All dogs are different I know.
I was skeptical but my finicky dog absolutely loved these shredded chicken toppers!
So far, so great. My spoiled girl can be so picky or, at the least distracted when it comes time to eat. Some days she won't eat until 8 at night. I never had a dog before I had to beg to eat.So far she loves this. Since she is already eating wet food I find that I can get 2 meal add-ins out of each pouch and it is enough to make a difference.
