I have a 16 year old cat with diabetes, pancreatitis and skin issues who required hypoallergenic food. Although there are many dry hypoallergenic foods available for cats my boy was used to having both dry and wet cat food. He only licked the gravy of the James Wellbeloved and left the rest ! I came across Wellness Core Select Cuts by chance and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients list - no 'animal derivatives' included. I've been delighted that my boy wolfs down nearly a whole sachet at a time - no waste. So as they say - you get what you pay for. So pleased with this I'll be trying the dry variety as well.

My elderly cat enjoyed this product. Even though she usually likes cat food in jelly, she really enjoyed this and ate it all. I would buy again.

I read an article that this has one of the betx ingredients. So I tried it. Wanting to give my cats the best food. They went crazy over this! I will get some more for sure.
Bought this for my hubby's 11 month old kitten for a more natural approach to wet foods. At first try of them he wasn't that keen because he was brought up on Royal Canine foods of both wet and dry by the R.S.P.C.A. Now he is getting used to them so I hope to wean him off the dine wet foods too(cheaper alternative to the other) Thing is even the older cat likes this too. Best to try them on a little bit and allow your cats to sniff and try the product from the corner of the packet. I find this method more effective than to just place it into their bowls to waste.
I did my research and this food comes well recommended, but most importantly, my cat loves it, having 4 available flavors, at least here in the UK, allows me to change the food often and avoid my cat getting too used to it or bored so that's good. Has plenty of broth in it, the smell is nice, and has nice piece of meat in it so again, the cat LOVES it!

We keep a constant supply of dry food available which the cats pick at when hungry and feed meat at set meal times.I fed one pouch to each of my cats in place of their normal food (Whiskers 1+ pouches). I was not personally impressed with the look or smell of it. It had a sort of 'baby food' consistency - lots of gravy/ juices and small lumps of meat and veg. All comments are my own and represent my personal views of the item. I received 2 pouches of this food to review and both cats rejected it. I can't honestly recommend it based on the results I saw. A longer test period with more time to gradually introduce the change in menu might have given different results.
We have tried every wet food on the market, including the online only ones. We only found one (complimentary food) pouch that Bailey will eat, and even then it's hit & miss / sometimes only when coated in Thrive treats. This food he tucked straight in to, and even finished the next day straight out of the fridge. At last!
My 14yo cat has been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. Until now she could eat only cooked chicken breast (was still throwing it up occasionally). Any other type of cat food she either did not eat or ate and vomited soon after eating. This one she not only hoovers up, but also does not vomit her food anymore.
