This has been a favorite in our household of 4 cats for some time, but the last two times we bought this, it looks different. The gravy used to be dark and rich. NOW- the gravy looks like its been made with a starch (like tapioca) to make it look brothy, but the broth is now opaque and white-ish. My cats won't go near it. VERY disappointed.

Seafood based cat food is bound to be a hit with the kitty of the house, because the aroma is irresistible. The downside is the plastic pouch packaging which cannot be recycled. The convenience is nice, but I prefer to contribute to a healthy world environment.

My kitty Harley David just loves Weruva's (Cats In The Kitchen) Pumpkin Lickin Chicken. I think its esp good for kitties that need encouragement to get more liquids in them. My kitty isnt a big water drinker so I esp now will get this for him in the hot weather. Harley really loves ALL the gravy (there's alot!). I will be ordering more today!

I wish they would eat it. I tried the different flavors (but unfortunately most have fish addition) with the indoor cats, they didn't like it, the outdoor ferals ate some of it but didn't appreciate it, finally it would be gone in the morning, most likely eaten by the raccoons
My finicky babies like Weruva, but not this flavor??? They enjoy the juice, but leave so much food behind....but again they are finicky! Thank you Only Natural Pet!!!
Great for picky cats. Pieces of fish and beef are large but easily cut up for cats who like smaller bites. Good choice for compromised kidneys. Price per ounce is high but if he will eat at all Iām happy!
This is just what it says it is ~ chicken in pumpkin soup! The majority of cats ~ and dogs! ~ are crazy about that kind of flavor! My cats, Celine and Dewi, certainly are, and my Chihuahua, who is extremely particular, can't get enough of Pumpkin Lickin' Chicken, either! My cat, Celine, licks up the pumpkin soup so fast it's hilarious!I cook Zander organic chicken and fresh salmon several times a week since he rejects most dog food (I know other people with Chihuahuas are laughing!)but he can't get enough of this! That's saying quite a lot! I, myself, am vegan, but I'm tempted to eat some Pumpkin Lickin' Chicken every time I put it in 3 little plates for Celine, Dewi, and Zander! :)
I don't think this stuff is nutrient-dense, therefore it is not a mainstay in the diet of my two cats. Still, they love it! Every flavor I've thrown at them. (I mean: "lovingly spooned to them")So I use it like a condiment: something to add variety or intrigue to other foods they've probably grown weary of. Or as a special treat.
My cats loved this flavor. And then I got a weird batch and was really afraid to buy it by the case anymore. Anyone else have the same experience?
One of my cats really loves this! I'm not sure if it is the pumpkin or not, but he licks the bowl clean. Actually he loves several of the Weruva chicken meals, but I think this is his favorite. I tried weruva a year ago and the meat was in chunks that were too large for my cats. They seemed to have changed this since the meat is now much smaller and is easier for my cat to eat. Unfortunately finicky cat doesn't like it and can't keep it down. I like that at least one cat food manufacturer is offering BPA-free containers!
