Westinghouse 211L Top Mount Fridge - White

Disaster from beginning to end. My fridge broke while still under warranty. Appliances Online could not help me and told me to contact the manufacture. They were difficult to get hold of. They agreed to honour the warranty and replace the fridge. This never happened. It's been a month and still no refund of the broken fridge. I had to purchase a new fridge out of pocket. I've paid of two fridges, spoiled food over Christmas and not able to have a fridge for two weeks so living off takeaway. Very disappointing service.

Needed a fridge that fitted up a tight stairwell and this one did not disappoint! Quiet, runs efficiently and has plenty of storage for 1-2 person household. Also delivery-wise, the guys were amazing! They even carried it up the stairs! Super impressed by the service. I have nothing else to say but great praises!(Although weirdly, I bought this fridge and a few days later it was even cheaper! Not by much but still...)

The picture on the website is very deceiving. It appears to be a reasonable size fridge/ freezer ( hence my purchase ,I'm downsizing my home) But when it was delivered I was shocked at the size. Its very small both the freezer and the fridge. Firstly the Freezer has an Ice compartment built into it and take up 1/4 of the freezer space. (This ice unit cannot be removed, so very little product can be put inside. It is full when you add 2x frozen pizzas, 2x frozen meals, 1 pack of frozen peas, 1x pack od frozen chips, and the shelf in the door is very thin. Now unto the fridge. where do I start. The crisper at the bottom is large and again only allows a very thin shelf in the door otherwise the fridges wont close. It has a pull out Dairy Drawer but very shallow (a large pack of cheese slices wont fit in. To be honest if I had seen this Unit in person there is no way I would have purchased it and whoever designed it should be shot. Westinghouse is normally a great brand but this Fridge/Freezer is a joke. I wish I could get Appliances on line to Take it back and give me a Normal larger Fridge/ Freezer. I do have a second fisher & pakyel fridge/freezer for my Bar area and Half my groceries/ freezer items have to be put into that.
