Having done lots of research I kept coming back to this oven. The value for money you get with the large range of features and quality build of the oven is totally outstanding. This oven has all the features and looks of the boutique brands at a lot less cost. Six months in, we have used every mode of cooking with outstanding results every time. The air fry mode and pyrolitic cleaning mode are complete bliss, after not having these features in our previous oven. If I was to pick a very small fault, it was that it only came with one set of telescopic draw runners. So I ordered another two sets, making all three levels of the oven with them. Overall great purchase! which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to invest in a new oven.

Bought this oven 1 year ago, we used the Pyrolytic clean feature and tbought nothing of it.The next night i turned the oven on and it wouldnt heat over 30 degrees.Rang electrolux for a warranty claim and the they gave me Charltons electrical number to contact.I rang him and straight away he he said he was going to organise parts without inspecting the oven, i want happy with that so i told him i want him to come and inspect it first.The report was during the ovens clean it damaged the top element, motherboard and temperature sensor.He recommended that i get a store credit or replacement.Dealing electrolux has been a horrible experience, not once in nearly 2 weeks have the contacted me.The oven cooks very well, just dont use the pyro clean.

I bought this oven recently to replace another well used oven. The features of the new oven are excellent and simple to use. The oven is whisper quiet and the modern features are easily programed. The Air Fryer feature has enabled the removal of additional appliances from our kitchen and freed up bench space. The steam assist & cleaning features are new to me and are highly recommended. All around i could not be happier. Well Done Westinghouse!

We recently purchased the WVEP618DSC and I have been busy using all the different features. The air fryer is great and has a really large area making it easy to spread items out and also to cook a number of different foods at once. I also love the steam bake mode for baking bread, my bread rolls cook beautifully and come out with a nice crisp crust. Emptying the water reservoir once the oven has cooled can be a little tricky as the rubber spout has to go over a door hinge.The controls(my oven has electronic controls) I find very easy to use and the oven is well illuminated. Also the telescopic slides are very handy for removing items from a hot oven without burning myself.The only thing that I would have liked to see added is some form of recipe book that would ... Great oven, used this at Christmas to roast a full suckling pig no worries including holding it at 70 to keep it warm. Its also great to be able to bake cakes side by side so they are even without needing to swap them over. Given it's size it heats up quickly and is quite, and the fans turning off when you open the door is a nice touch. It is much bigger and heavier, it required modifying the kitchen to accommodate the greater width, and I don't use this that much as the smaller one is more convenient for daily use. If you have the space it's worth it, but 80cm is probably big enough for most people.
I have had this oven for about 4 weeks. When it was installed the touch pad was not working correctly. I called and a service representative came a day later and fixed it within a few minutes. I was very pleased with the service.The features are outstanding this oven. I have used the air fryer a cologne times and it’s good, but for me the steam cooking is the best. Fan assist doesn’t seem cook like traditional fan forced, but instructions lack clarity. Grill and left grill function brilliant. Have asked for advice from Westinghouse three times, and now joined user group. Universal complaint from users is how poor instructions are, lack clarity on what happens in different function modes, ability clean /mess in air fryer function. Even printing off instructions online, they print alternate pages upside down when you print back and front pages (50 pages) which become difficult read. I purchased this oven in January of this year and to date it has been great. However, today I did a pyrolytic clean and the oven has stopped working. I have had to switch it off at the circuit breaker board and the display panel is extremely hot. So much so it has partially melted the vinyl wrap drawers next to it. I bought this oven because I need a hot oven for my breakmaking and was told this would be perfect because it could withstand high heats. I do have the oven under warranty and I am hoping it isnt a persistent issue.
The oven does not come with specific instructions for this particular model. You have to download the instructions and they cover all Westinghouse ovens in this size. Finding instructions specific to the oven are difficult since you have to exclude the models not relevant. The settings instructions and the multifunction instructions are not step-by-step procedures and therefore take some working out to be able to use. I am gradually learning to use the oven by trial and error rather than specific instructions which would’ve helped greatly. The instructions for this oven are scattered through the more than 50 pages of the downloaded manual.
