My last few fridges have been Westinghouse’s, they’re consistently good quality for a reasonable price. This one is no exception. The size is perfect, the layout inside is super functional. And it looks so good! My only (small) complaints are: if I add a couple of lukewarm containers to the fridge, it works so hard to cool down that it sounds like the whole fridge is rattling. The noise drives me insane. It settles eventually, but I’ve never had this issue before and I can’t find a way to stop it. Also the freezer door just has one kind of “pocket” as a storage shelf. After the first one arrived with damage, the next 2 days later was good. Easy to install. Strange thing about the doors is that they don't seem to close by themselves. I rang around and this appears to be by design. Annoying after the old fridge I had where the door just gently closed. Now, I have to push it. Apart from that, it's a good fridge, wide shelves on the door and good lighting.

Great fridge so far. No problems. Love the ice maker. Plently of room inside. Great size left hinge top mount fidge for small apartments. Very pleased with it and with Appliances Online. Ordered and received in 2 days just before Christmas when no one else even had any stock. Fantastic delivery guys too.

Happy with the fridge, just a couple of points stop it being 5 star in my opinion, it doesn't have enough choices with the places that one can actually place the shelves especially the door shelves. Also it would be better to have two door shelves in the freezer as my last freezer had. It just really limits what you can store there. It was great for the small stuff and easy to find them. The crisper, drawer at the bottom would be better with a way to partition it. Also I much preferred the drawer as a lockable place. The actual way it is now is really not secure.
Almost 3 years in and I always feel glad that I bought this. So much space and compartments. Adjustable settings. Coldest freezer setting goes until -18 which was such a convenient after having a baby as I can now store breastmilk. Shelves from glass and compartments from plastic very sturdy though holds alot of weight! Not gonna lie though the deal breaker that made me choose this fridge was the ice compartment lol and its been an absolute convenience. The size of the fridge is absolutely perfect for the kitchen cabinet. Definitely no regrets purchasing this
Brought this fridge yesterday. Delivered & installed the following day. Cannot fault the in-store service I received & the delivery guys were wonderful & very careful with the unit as well. However, from the moment I switched the appliance on I realised I had made a big mistake in purchasing it. This unit pretty much runs ALL the time with very few quiet breaks in between. When it's having a quiet moment you realise just how peaceful it is & then it restarts again with a constant humming/buzzing/static noise which makes you feel like you're standing under power lines. I have since found out that a lot of the newer fridge models are designed to run more frequently - up to 80 percent of the time & unfortunately, this best describes this unit. We purchased this refrigerator as an emergency replacement for our 15 year old one which died late on a Saturday afternoon.We are very happy with it. It actually has more, by way of modular shelving, than we need. Even though it is the same size of the one that it is replacing, we find the freezer more spacious than our old one. It runs almost completely silently. I actually can't recall hearing it run. The temperature is constant, and the door seals, really seal very well.
Considering our previous fridge was 30 years old, this was a jump into the future! So many great features; generous capacity, ice cube maker - aweseome, temperature controlled grate. When first installing, it took longer than expected to come down to temperature, but now - all good. Cold beer - good. Storage for big fruit & veg purchases - good. And VERY happy with service from AO online, on the phone and in person/delivery dudes. And then there's the price - outstanding!
A well-planned fridge with some great organisation features. The top shelf is shallow, with a covering hood, and slides out easily to store small items like yoghurts, deli packages, 500ml margarine tubs; the covering hood slides back as the shelf is pulled out. The door shelves comprise two pairs of small ones for items like cheeses and tins of salmon, and then two full-width ones for milk and similar bottles/cartons. The bottom door shelf is a real winner, with flexible flaps that hold wine bottles and similar in place so they don't move or rattle when the door is opened. Freezer is the usual open-plan, with two adjustable shelves and one full-width door bin.
We downsized and needed a smaller Frig/Freezer. This 431 L Top Mount Refrigerator is a gleaming white model with a handy top mount freezer that works better than any I have had in the past. The Refrigerator is a good size, plenty of movable shelf space, easy to clean, the not so good bit is the vegetable drawer which does not roll out or close smoothly and can become stuck, unless some care is taken. The price was right and the size is perfect. If Westinghouse fixed the flimsy feeling vegetable drawer I would recommend this product to a friend.
