Fabulous washing machine. After using a front loader for many year, I love having a top loader. The Whirlpool allows me to add items to wash after I have started a load, like forgotten socks etc. I love the different wash programs and how efficient this washing machine is.

The quick wash cycle is great for a family that is busy and on the go. Was worried about not having an agitator in the middle from previous machines but have found the whirlpool 7kg top loader great. With a family of 6, 2 adults 4 kids and ALOT of washing this machine was a great purchase. I hesitated buying a 7kg for such a big family but I have been surprised with actually how much it holds and how quickly I can see the bottom of my washing basket (this is rare). Would highly recommend this machine. The pricing was perfect too in these tough times we are living in.

I have had a twin tub for 45 years. Time to update. Did my research an this whirlwind ticked all the boxes for me. Only 2 of us, but I reckon it’s great for a family. 26 minutes is the quick wash, which is all I use, I love it, don’t know why it took me so long to upgrade. Well done Whirlpool. Thanks to you and Harvey Norman. Elaine

An efficient and compact washing machine. It has no large agitator and fuzzy logic to determine how much water it needs which I like. The clear lid is a boon because you can see how the wash is progressing. The machine is not totally quiet but much quieter than our previous agitator machine.
As a one person household I have found this machine to be more than enough to suite my needs. Big enough for doonas gentle enough for fragile materials. I really like the multitude of programming available from quick wash to the full cycles. Being a child of the fifties ( 1955 the year of the great Chicko roll ) I have to be honest and say I needed the grandkids help with working out how to use for a couple of times. But now quite simple to use. Good machine at a good price.
Compared to my previous washing machine of 19 years, this one is not quiet. What modern machine doesn't have a fabric softener dispenser? This one, apparently. I would not have purchased it had I known this. Now two trips to the machine per load is three trips. I wish my old unit hadn't died, it was totally reliable until the sudden end.
This washing machine is perfect for our needs. It’s sturdy and robust and does a decent job of any load up to 7kg, although we’re careful not to overload it and rarely get the load up to the max. What I like about it is as follows: - Being a top-loader makes it easy to put the clothes into the machine and take them out again, without having to bend down - It’s super easy to use, especially if you just do normal loads. All you need to do is press two buttons: “On” and “Start” and that’s it, as it’s already pre-set to a normal wash. About 45 minutes later the wash is done. So simple - Clothes come out fresh, clean and un-creased too - The machine is neat and compact and fits easily into a small space. It looks modern and stylish and won’t intrude, especially if your laundry is in the bathroom - The top cover conveniently folds back to give extra space if you have a dryer on top - Whilst one can hear it whirring away, the noise is quite muted and won’t disturb - The lid is transparent so if you’re interested you can look inside to see what’s going on And the Harvey Norman guys who delivered it, were friendly, polite and efficient. It was delivered exactly on schedule, and then quickly set it up for us, ready to use almost immediately. As it was unpacked in their truck, there was no mess inside our apartment and no hassles in trying to get rid of unwanted packaging. The price was pretty reasonable too. I highly recommend this washing machine from Harvey Norman.
Have always been a Whirlpool owner. Was a little hesitant to buy a totally auto machine but changed my mind after first load. It's absolutely brilliant. Quick washing cycle, good range of programs and can be used for individual functions like rinse or spin only quite easily. Quite conservative on power and water as well which is a bonus. Seems to be a creditable alternative for those who dislike front loaders. Totally impressed with this machine so far. It seems to wash all items cleanly and the lint filter really works. Was astounded how much it removes. Also it's reasonably quiet which is a bonus. Last comment, I purchased this model after reading very positive reviews and can only add more of the same. Good work Whirlpool.
Didn’t take long to work out the program settings with a little bit of practice. Nine and quiet to operate. Compact and looks nice. No agitator in this one.
These reviews are lying and tricked me. It's not quiet at all. It has no agitator which means it doesn't actually clean your clothes at all. I'm very disappointed and angry. My clothes come out with laundry detergent powder on them and the clothes don't get cleaned at all. No good performance at all in cleaning. It's all a hassle. Robbery of money. Causes stress. It's horrible stressful. Doesn't clean clothes! Believe me please.
