Very difficult to use. Instructions were to stir for five minutes using a "lifting motion". But the opening is only about 3cm! How are you supposed to stir through that? I tried to pour it into a larger container, but hardly anything came out, because it was so thickly cluggy (not having been stirred!). I did stir with a screw driver, but very difficult, messy and, imn the end, inadequate.

Product in first container had mostly gone hard. This was replaced without question. It does seem to do what it supposed to do, however container is not user friendly. Product needs to be stirred for 5 minutes before use. Impossible to do this with cap on the side. Opening is too small so can only use a narrow brush. If product is transferred to a paint bucket then it thickens very quickly on contact with air.

I bought this 4 months ago, the top became difficult to open and the product became hard and had to throw the whole content away which was 95% full. RUBBISH!!!

I purchased this product to remove rust . instructions were clear, shake the container, so done but when opened there was very little fluid to shake. the sediment was similar to white clay. I cut the container open and applied to rust. product dried hardened and impossible to remove.
I had read some bad reviews, but decided that I would use the entire Rust Guard product range for the incredibly rusted platform trolley I was given.Once complaint on Bunnings was that it wasn’t liquid and was dried in the bottle.
