Very simple to make, only problem is the directions are for four portions not one.Also didn't realise that you could use this for things like making pizza base's, cakes and even bread!

Make semolina the old fashioned way, full of goodness with milk of your choice, and sweetness level to your taste. It does take some time to heat and blend, but with a lovely blob of jam afterwards, yum!

Lovely creamy pudding great baked with a dollop of strawberry jam and a drizzle of cream
A larger pack than expected snd ideal for what it was needed fot
Use it for puddings also for making shortbread
Very nice easy to cook not too thick or thin
I've enjoyed Whitworth's semolina for very many years. It is an excellent milk pudding and can be used in many other recipes also.
I use this when making shortbread in my opinion it helps gives an extra crunch. Mary Berry’s recipe uses it too
Bad for cooking / texture is sand. Disappointed.
