I like Allulose better than Erythritol for blending with stevia. While it technically has 3 calories vs. 0, allulose doesn’t recrystallize when used, which means it doesn’t create a sludge in the bottom of my gallon tea container. This bag of wholesome is as tasty as the last brand I used, but it has some serious clumping issues. If I had known, I would have pounded the bag against the counter first. It looks and acts just like sugar but is only 70% of the sweetness, so I add some Better Stevia and mix it together in a separate container before use. I wish I could buy larger containers. It is only 12 oz.

All good.It was sweet.Did all as advertised.Fulfilled it’s intended Purpose. What more can I say about a sweetener…My life got a whole lot sweeter.Haven’t tried baking with it, but i’m sure you could totally so that. Finally, a zero carb sweetener that really ticks all the boxes for me. No after-taste and doesn't leave me feeling queasy as so many of the others do. No bloating or stomach distress. Dissolves easily, so no grittiness. Allows food to brown as normal, making Keto food more appealing. Would be able to serve goods baked with this to guests. I havent tried its caramelising effect yet. A quality product far superior to other sweeteners.

Additionally, it's free from harmful chemicals and additives, which is a huge plus.I've used Wholesome Sweeteners' Allulose in a variety of baked goods, from bread to desserts. It works great in bread recipes, giving them a slightly sweet flavor without overpowering the other ingredients. When used in desserts, it adds just the right amount of sweetness without adding extra calories. I've also used it in combination with erythritol, another low-calorie sweetener, to create a perfect balance of sweetness. What I love about Wholesome Sweeteners' Allulose is that it's versatile and can be used in a variety of diets. It's a great option for people on low-carb or keto diets since it doesn't impact blood sugar levels. Additionally, it's a great choice for anyone looking to reduce their calorie intake without sacrificing taste.Overall, I highly recommend Wholesome Sweeteners' Allulose to anyone looking for a healthy and natural alternative to traditional sweeteners. It's a great choice for people looking to reduce their calorie intake without sacrificing taste or texture in their baked goods. Whether you're making bread or dessert, Wholesome Sweeteners' Allulose is a must-try product that you won't regret adding to your collection.
Great for candy making, caramelising and baking. Unlike traditional sugar, allulose is low in calories and does not significantly impact blood sugar levels, making it suitable for individuals following a low-calorie or low-carbohydrate diet. Furthermore, allulose possesses a similar taste and texture to sugar, allowing it to be used as a 1:1 replacement in various recipes without compromising on flavor. Its versatility and beneficial properties make allulose an excellent choice for those seeking a healthier alternative to traditional sugar!
I was looking for a sugar substitutes to make a diabetes friendly ice cream. Although allulose is less sweeter than stevia and erythritol, I heard that it would make ice cream softer. I also read articles that allulose might improve a pancreas functionality. The Wholesome Sweeteners, Allulose, Zero Callorie Sweetener, looked just like table sugar and seemed to help softer my ice cream actually. The drawback is the price and the amount. This is a small bag and pricy compare to erythritol.
This stuff is AMAZING!!! I've been low carb for 5 years, off and on, and have struggled to adapt to other sugar-free sweeteners as they were either unhealthy or they had really bad aftertastes or cooling effects. As someone who has a sweet tooth but wants to keep sugar out of my diet, I was struggling to find a balance. Then, I tried this (and the liquid form). No calories and it doesn't spike blood sugars! This is by far THE BEST sugar alternative I have found and I'm super picky! It is less sweet than real sugar, so you'll need more of it to get the exact sweetness you may be used to with real sugar (not an equal swap). However, I have noticed my tolerance for sweets has gone down so this is perfect for me. I've added it to coffee, tea, chia pudding, and I look ... MoreThis stuff is AMAZING!!! I've added it to coffee, tea, chia pudding, and I look forward to baking with it soon. :) I'm so glad I took the plunge and tried this! If you're not happy with the aftertaste and cooling effects of other low calorie/carb/keto sweeteners, then you MUST try this Allulose. I love that it's non-GMO and doesn't include other hidden ingredients. Always check the ingredients list if you consider other brands (though I definitely recommend this one!). If you were going to choose just one, I would say the granular form is more versatile as you could easily do a cinnamon & sugar topping on low carb/keto baked goods, like muffins, etc. The granules dissolve perfectly, making it ideal for any recipe. I have both granules and liquid as I find they each have their uses.
