Had this product for over 10 years. Now needing a 3rd replacement due to deterioration of the lid (well documented in these reviews). We use 1 for general waste and other for recycling. Our cabinetry was mad for this opening size. Such a shame to have to replace the whole bin for a dicky lid. Spring goes, latch deteriorates and lid warps enough to be problematic. Would love to go a new brand but stuck. Wish Willow supplied a replacement lid. Reviews on the sliding lid are no better

Have had these for a while and the kid is not secure, doesn’t click on and can be easily pushed off by a toddler. Wouldn’t recommend especially if you have small children
I do like the wide area that is accessible with this touch top bin. However, I've now had three of these and for the THIRD time in I think 4 years, one of the springs have broken rendering the bin useless, so expect the lid to last 16 months on average.
Perfect to fit in the narrow space beside my fridge, but a nice tall bin so that it has plenty of capacity.
Lasted about a year before the plastic latch got too weak to stay closed. Bins aren't on my ideal list of annual buys. At least make it so we can buy the lid and tubs separately.
The lid doesn't open automatically when the "press" lever is activated. The lid also wasn't white/charcoal as advertised.

Not a big range of indoor bins e.g sizes, shape and prices. Very limited. I was after a metal bin 50 litres for a kitchen. very disappointing.
