I have two sisters which I love dearly but distance has kept us from being as close as I know we could be. Currently one of my sisters is dealing with serious health issues and because of the distance I can’t be there to physically help her like she needs. When I saw this figurine, I knew this would be the perfect gift for her. Every time she looks at it, I want it to be a reminder of our sisterly bond that distance can not sever, how much we love her, and are praying daily for her healing.Bought it on line and when it was delivered, I was thoroughly impressed with the size, craftsmanship, and it’s simple beauty. Cannot wait to make the trip and personally give it to her.

The “By My Side” figurine is absolutely beautiful!! The picture does not capture the significant size, stunning detailing on the bottom skirting, or the golden platform that grounds the sculpture. Also the bottom of the platform is engraved with the figurine name “By My Side”. We purchased this in honor and celebration of our sister’s 80th birthday. It’s a memorable piece that will become a family heirloom. The package was received earlier than expected and in perfect condition.

This figurine of three beautiful women reminds me of my bond with my sisters. Both of my sisters have had breast cancer. Right now, one of my sisters is battling it for the second time within two years even after a double mastectomy. I have 2 daughters and since my husband died 13 years ago we have stood by each other during the good and bad times. I have always felt that they stand beside me holding me up. It’s hard to describe the bond but this figurine touched my heart and says it for me. It is beautifully made. I love the gold filigree on the base. Although I hesitated at the price, the looks on their faces was worth every penny. I like that anyone can give this as a gift, not just a mothers and daughters. This piece is wonderful! Initially I had bought a knock off from , thinking that saving the money couldn't hurt. However when I received it I was very disappointed, as it was nothing like the real thing. I promptly returned it and ordered this one. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Though the price is considerably more, the quality cannot be beat! It is stunning and the craftsmanship is beyond compare. There is nothing like the real thing. Willow Tree is in a class all it's own. I am also glad Hallmark had these as they were sold out on sites!
This is a figurine that speaks to your very heart and soul! i have 3 sisters not counting myself and always wanted this figurine but with four sisters. Unfortunately, one of my sisters passed away. This figurine spoke even more to my heart and I have now combines it with the figurine "The Vigil" which is done in the same way.I have placed both figurines together to represent ALL of us "girls" in the family against a back drop of Calla Lilies and flame-less candles . It truly is heart warming to me and represents ALL of us . Thank you for allowing me a way to honor all of us as well as our departed sister.
