Wilson Blade Feel 103 Racket

$149.95

(32 reviews)

The Wilson Blade 103 is from Wilson's Blade series. The Blade is designed for modern and aggressive play and offers a lot of control for attacking players. This racket weighs 280 grams and demands the necessary technique from the player, but gives a lot of precision and feeling in return. The midweight balance point of 340 mm offers great ball control and the right maneuverability which makes the racket also great to use at the net. The medium racket blade of 665 cm2 gives more speed to the ball and offers a good mix of power and control. The racket is equipped with the new Feelflex technology. This technology offers increased flexibility and stability of the racket, allowing you to generate more power and experience better control when returning the ball. The BLX technology in the frame makes the racket lighter and stiffer for more power and less vibration. As a result, mis-hit balls are corrected more often and better, allowing the player to enjoy more power and playing comfort.

I took a 15+ year hiatus from tennis because I was overwhelmed with sports at the time. Started playing a month ago and decided to buy this racket since it was on sale and I’d played with Wilsons in the past. The first few days I was a little nervous I did not get the right racquet for me, but the last few games, I’ve found my serve and sweet spot. I’m falling in love all over again with the sport. The countervail has helped me because I haven’t needed recovery time (can play back to back days ~2.5 hours no problem), although I don’t have a comparison. Strung with luxilon big banger ALU power 16L @ 57lbs and I love the strings with the racquet so far. A stiff frame that let's you supply the power. Deadly accurate. A good weight for clubbing the ball. Shots hit hard will find their mark more often than not. It's a racket that can make the difference between battling and winning.

Great beginner racquet!

This has been a great racquet so far! I'm a beginner and needed something lightweight. I had been playing with my husband's super expensive and advanced racquet which was difficult for me to use. This racquet has changed my game completely! Highly recommend.

Great price for the Wilson brand
13 April 2020

Super low price for a Wilson racquet brand. It's for a tweener racquet; light but a little head heavy. My middle school son played well with it on the practice courts. I'm a HS tennis coach.Going to use led tape to bring the specs to my liking.

Great specs!

USTA 4.0 player here but getting older...ugh...coming from years of Pro Staffs and Aero Pro Drives for the past 3 years. Wanted something lighter, but not stiff which is tough to find. The specs are perfect. I was expecting to modify by adding weight, but love the playability stock! Perfect head size, thin beam, flexible 63! Very pleased with this frame!

Love this racket.
25 December 2016

I am getting over tennis elbow. I tried this racket before purchasing and knew it was what I was looking for. It's allowed me to continue to play while my tennis elbow continues to improve. I am completely happy with the feel and my play with this reacket.

The most playable Wilson Blade
14 February 2018

I've tried a lot of different rackets this year, I wanted more control. The other Blades were too much for me in terms of control vs power. This is a good step up from your beginner / intermediate racket.

Have played with this model for around a year and love them. I have a bad wrist and this light racket is really good and generates good power without too much effort. It's a good all court racket with nice touch at the net as well as good power and control from the baseline.Promoted as an advanced junior racket but I think it also works really well for the older person where physical strength is diminishing.

The price was high when I first saw it! I told my mom let's see where it brings me! And as soon as I step on the court swinging! It was the one, with my long hair, and my head band, my team calls me "Rafa" I started hitting and they all said "The real Rafa is here let's get his autograph" it is agreat racket for any type of player! Thank you!
