When received the soundbar, tested and found there's no sound coming from the 2 small surround speakers. Msg the seller but no reply. After searching online for awhile, manage to find Sony customer service but they ask me to do a factory reset or change the settings to multiple speaker. End up it still doesn't work. Felt so frustrated and annoyed given that the item is a new set. Therefore tried to ask shopee for refund, but was told to produce video evidence and delivery receipt. Finally found some info online that prism TV no earc and only hdmi arc. Need to change TV audio output setting to either pass through or pcm and then it works! Quality:GoodPerformance:GoodThe quality of the sounds depends greatly on the music quality from the media. Purchased Rm681.05 after deducted with the voucher. Great for normal living hall use. The bass isn't bad and the vocal clarity is nice from the soundbar (Personal POV, the front soundbar is clearer/ louder than the 2 rear speakers). Overall it's great with the price offered.1 thing really sxxk is about the seller. No reply no response same like none exist. Almost Cancel the order then only take action. Biasalah perangai amik gaji buta kan.

Amazing sound for average room!

Amazing sound quality compares to the price. For the average room (±20m²) it is perfect if not overkill. I never turn the volume more than 65/100. The Subwoofer has 12 levels of control as well. For louder volume - 10 is enough, quiet times I like to put on 12. I like to feel vibrations from it. It is not a super-trooper strong Subwoofer, but it is enough for the room atmosphere.The system has a programmable menu. You can adjust and test your speakers within.Important to set up actual distance for rear speakers as this is how you will be able to hear 5.1 Surround! (it took me quite some time to realize this).Many input options: HDMI, digital (optical), analogue, Bluetooth, USB. Had difficulties connecting the optical cable from my PS4. Could not get working at first. Tried almost every option on the Sound system, but there was no sound whatsoever. Till I started to mess up with the PS4 audio options. I do not know why, but as soon as I choose the contrary option than optical - the sound appears. Worked perfectly.Can't wait for the Summer - I will bring the Sound system outside in my Garden and will test it then. Should be alright for the Garden parties as well.Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.PS* I must say - I have very patient neighbours, lol.
