The will wok is the best Wok available in my view. This is the second Woll wok I have purchased and is a Christmas gift for my son. They are stable and hardy and can be used in the oven when the handle is detached.

It is difficult to find good nonstick cookware for induction cooktops. I had hoped that this superior quality wok may have done the trick to cook fried rice, but unfortunately, even though I have a top of the range NEFF cooktop with a variety of options for various size pans, this wok cannot heat to high temperatures necessary for stir fry. I followed the specific instructions (heat pan for 3 minutes before cooking) but although it cooks small quantities of food, it cannot cope with normal size stir fries. The non stick surface is great, it washes easily but does not conduct heat to a sufficient temperature to enable a good result. I gave it to my son for use on his gas cooktop.

It’s quite heavy - so no one handed tossing.Detachable handle is in a good spot “outside” of pan rather than “clipping “ on edge of pan which can get quite dirty and lowers how much you can fill.Cooks well and easy to store.
Woll brand sells a range of pots and pans. As the name suggests, the Diamond Lite is the lighter-weight construction range. When I think of Woll, I think of thick and heavy-weight alloy construction.Avoid heating the wok too hot. If the oil starts smoking, the not slip feature will start to lose its effectiveness. I recommend using avocado oil due to its high smoking point.The benefit of the Diamond Lite range is that they are lighter and you don't have to be a body builder to lift them.
Purchased a new home with Induction hot plates, so needed a suitable wok for cooking. Love that the handle is detachable due to limited cupboard space in my kitchen. Also happy that I received 50% saving. Wok is not only Lightweight, but also easy to clean. Highly recommended
Great product to use on a gas job. Wok is a generous size which is a plus when wanting to cook a large quantity. Very easy to store as handle comes off.
