I got the white in an 8 1/2 and they sent me a 9 by the time I got them, they were out of the white in an 8 1/2. So I got the gray and a week after I got them they went on sale, so I asked for a price reduction and was refused as it was a few days past the time to readjust. Really ridiculous! These are pretty comfortable for platform sneakers. They are light weight and tts. Love the boost in height. I feel stable walking in these.

We returned these because the suede part was really thick and furry. It did not look that way online but it was too weird in person. The platform was also very tall. They make your feet look small which I think is a plus if you have larger feet. But overall these are more for looks rather than sports due to how high the platform it.

If you want to wear the trendy retro, and feel like walking on clouds, get this. It looks exactly as the picture, it’s well made, comfortable, fashionable…checks all the boxes. Don’t listen to those who say it runs small, it doesn’t! It’s absolutely true to size, I had to return ones I sized up for my actual size, which fit absolutely perfectly.Just know your shoes size and order according to size chart. They aren’t as wide as the unisex styles though, so if you’re a W, these aren’t for you. They are medium width at best. Loved them so much I ordered them in blue…would buy every color, but that’d be a bit much haha

I was so excited for these. Unfortunately, was incredibly surprised and disappointed with the quality once they arrived. The suede looks oddly, very frayed - they look hairy and it’s super noticeable! Also the shoe tongue looks and feels half made because you can see the inside cushioning. Considering these are brand new, I hate to imagine what they will look like with the normal wear and tear. All in all, feels cheap and not worth the money. Huge bummer!!
The shoes have a great balance between style and function. They are comfortable and well-cushioned, yet feel light on the feet despite the thick/platform sole. It's like stepping or running on clouds. However, they might run slightly small. For reference, I am usually between a 5.5 and 6 and the size 6 fits me perfectly.
I purchased these a few days before the superbowl and was surprised at how fast I received them! They were sooo comfortable and I especially love the support from the platform which was a pleasure to my ankles, knees and hips!!! Though I'm not an older person, I can definitely feel the difference with these particular sneakers in comparison to the ones that have lower leverage. They were also true to size and comfortable in the toe area which is sometimes a problem with sneakers. I'm hoping to purchase the white and pink colors as well for the summer months. Nice job New Balance!!
I wear a 7.5 in shoes/ 8 in runners, ordered an 8 in these and they fit in the length, but overall too wide for my regular-narrowish feet. These are the first new balance I've ever tried. Not enough arch support and heel was slipping. Because of the heel slippage, these felt precarious, like they could be a trip/ankle injury hazard. If you normally like the fit of new balance, these will likely be great for you.
I have had two back operations due to a degenerative disc problem. I judge shoes by how much arch support the shoe supplies. These shoes have absolutely NO ARCH SUPPORT which affected my back problems. I have owned numerous New Balance tennis shoes and I have never experienced this type of problem. It seems the company is leaning more towards a trendy vibe instead of a comfortable shoe. I will return these and will NEVER buy another New Balance shoe again.

I have worn my others with crops, sweats, leggings and dresses- they look great with everything. And let's not forget denim: skinny, straight and wide legs are all elevated with this classic that has risen to new heights. Fit-wise, I am usually either an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe. I tried both with these and kept the 8.5 because with a thicker sock for fall/winter, the 8.5 was a touch more comfy. Without socks, they are roomy, but not sloppy. I think new balance could put these out in more color ways and keep them in the line-up forever. I love these elevated sneakers. I am short and wanted a little height boost, but cute sneakers. I normally wear a 8.5-9 in sneakers, normal width. I ordered these in three sizes and the 9.5 fit best. Not sure it the toe box is short but my big toe kept hitting the edge of the 8.5 and 9, but was great in the 9.5. The shoe feels great over all. Lots of compliments and super versatile
