Honestly if I could I would return this bag. Those zippers are uncomfortable to use and they will irritate your hand but the bottom compartment with its zipper is useless and hard to use. It just doesn’t work. My items get crushed and broken and I would assume it’s only good for sweaty shirt or a small pair of shoes.Get another bag. This one. Reds to be redesigned without those zippers. Normal part of bag is just a black hole. No compartments. Everything gets lost.

First, let me say that lululemon apparel is my go to, and I highly recommend anything you can wear from lululemon. I was excited when I saw the backpack, and assumed it would be of the very best quality. I travel (fly) frequently for my job, and I had been using my backpack that I used in college, still in great condition, (I’m 30 now, out of college for 8 years), but decided to gift myself with this new lululemon one. It's just right to use in place of a purse on an airplane. I was shocked and so disappointed when I noticed after a few trips, it had a rip on a seam. It was not overstuffed, and as I said, my old Patagonia one is still in great condition. I guess this one is just made for “looks” :(

I should have paid attention to the reviews and passed on this backpack. It is extremely poorly made yet has a whopping Lulu price tag. The straps are flimsy and provide zero support. The zipper is ridiculously cheap and after two uses has snagged and caught countless times. There is no water bottle holder even though the description says there is. It may look cute but is not very functional. Don’t do what I did, save yourself and pass on this one! A complete waste of kidney that now I am stuck with.

This backpack is a great bag, but overall, I would not recommend for school use. This bag has two main compartments. But because of the tall notebooks required for school, the bottom pocket is unable to properly be used and nothing fits inside. In the main pocket, because the zipper is very far forward, you must lean notebooks and folders forward to access the back. The computer pocket works great though! I would overall recommend as a travel or workout bag instead of being for work or school!
Wanted to love it but it's just not super functional as a work backpack. I love the size but the design just doesn't make a lot of sense and it's not super comfortable to wear either. I wish there was a small zip pocket somewhere on the outside that is easily accessible for phone/wallet. I have my laptop in the sliding pocket on the back and the other hidden pocket beside that is nice but hard to get into, the bottom zip pocket is also awkward. I do like the color I got and the other plus is that it has the luggage strap so I can slide it over my carry on - but that's about it. Definitely not my favorite - I'll be looking for something else to use instead but really wanted to love it.
I am not a fan of this bag unfortunately. I wish it had more inner pockets. It only has 1 big inner pocket and everything sinks to the bottom. The hidden water bottle pocket is pretty useless and cuts into the storage in the larger compartment. It looks great and has a sleek look but it just doesn’t work for me. I commute on the train and need things easily accessible. This bag doesn’t allow for that. If you are just using it for laptop and shoe carrier then it might work for you.
I love this bag, just perfect for my petite body size. I just bought another one in new color but I have notice some little changes to this new version. My first bag was 2020 version, and I think I like more of the old version than the new version. The new version is like over layered, I don't like how thick the padding was for this size of bag & it feels a little heavier. But overall I love these style, fabric and the strap. Still Looking forward for the old version coz its super lightweight.
This bag is absolutely perfect! I use it for work and I wanted a space separate for my food that can lay flat. I didn’t want to carry multiple bags to work anymore and wanted the ability to throw on a backpack but have my meal prep laying flat. The bottom portion gives me this space. It is not insulated nor do I believe it is actually made for this, however it works how I need it to so I love it. Fits my computer and more space for my extras. Has a lot of room in a not bulky bag and comfortable. Absolutely love it.
Purchased as a Mother’s Day gift for a special trip/hike the next day. Upon first use, the amount of pockets and compartments was impressive. Used to hold a sweatshirt in case the weather became chilly, a 24 oz hydroflask, makeup items, sunglasses, phone. Love the material. Easily wipes clean. However, after 5/6 hours of wear the seam on shoulder strap began to split and tear. I am hoping it’s just an isolated case. I own several lululemon bags, some of which are 10+ yrs old and like new.
I purchased this bag in 2020. I loved it so much, I bought this version 7/2023 for our nanny. In comparison, the new version of this backpack is cheaply made. All of the hardware in the original design is metal. This new design hardware is. 50/50 plastic, metal. The interior pockets of the original are mesh, which you are still able to see belongings. The interior of the new version is not mesh. In addition, the new version straps are insanely long. You have 12” of strap dangling.
