Udderly mylk. Taste great and no distinct difference to me compared to other lactose free milk from bigger brands. Who said you have to give up milk if you are lactose intolerant. Nothing wrong with vegan mylk but if you still want to drink cow’s milk, this is a great alternative. It does taste sweeter than normal milk and I wondered if the sugar content is higher or if extra sugar was added. Next time you go to the supermarket, compare the nutrition table for both types of milk. There’s negligible difference & in some cases the lactose free milk has less sugar on the table. Milk, But not as we know it ! Well yes it is milk, it is white, it is full cream and it even comes in a similar carton, but I just don't get the expense. I researched what lactose was and understand we have a hard time digesting this (sometimes explosively, sorry guy's who know this all too well) but I struggle with the fact that an additive (lactase) dictates so much more up front money. Yes I understand supply and demand, the more units sold the cheaper the products can become but we are still talking about 86c difference per litre compared to the regular stuff. I am guessing with all the alternative soy, almond and what ever else there is as a substitute will be fighting an up hill battle. It does taste good and I would be hard pressed to know what was in my tea or coffee if I hadn't seen the carton. It is creamy and yes I do like the taste. Now only if the scientists could genetically modify the cows for lactose free, then they could do fat free, Chocolate, Iced coffee..... You all know they have started this, I am living proof as I am the cash cow!Great taste and consistency, priced higher than expected but you get 4 Moo's (stars) from us.

Great taste. Being Lactose free and full cream, I was sure I wouldn't like this sample however it has proved me wrong. It has a great star rating of 4. Thanks Bunch for giving me this opportunity to try something I would never have thought of buying.

Surprisingly good. We only use almond milk or soy in our household, and I buy full cream for visitors. A friend called in unexpectedly and I had no full cream for coffee but she was happy to try this sample. Previous long life milks I’ve used have been watery so was expecting the same but was pleasantly surprised ... it poured liked normal milk and mixed into the coffee well. I decided i would use it too. Though it didn’t have a lot of smell, it tasted great in the coffee. When my friend left, I asked her if she wanted to take the rest which she did. Her feedback was that she had it on her cereal and enjoyed it and seemed no different to her normal milk. Slighty sweeter than regular milk. At a glance you would think lactose free, meant an alternative to cow's milk. Some further reading revealed it's not, it's just the adding of lactase to break down the lactose. As this process involves converting the lactose to sugars, it results in a slightly sweeter tasting milk. Other than the sweetness, I couldn't find any other real differences in flavour. The milk foamed well for cappucinos, which is how we primarily consume milk. I liked that it was in a carton, which is more environmentally friendly than plastic. Not sure that I would purchase it replace of regular milk, but as others have suggested, it would be a good alternative if regular milk wasn't available.

Yummy creamy milk also enjoyed by the lactose tolerant. I have been buying this milk for a long time now. Initially it was to try something new as I was getting an upset stomach from drinking full cream milk. Although I am not lactose intolerant, I still enjoy drinking this milk. I find it creamy and flavoursome. It isn’t watery like some of the light or skim milks can be. It usually has a long enough expiry date to get used in our household, especially in the 1litre cartons, it stays fresh. I actually can’t taste too much of a difference between this lactose free milk and regular milk. Great price at $2. 15 for 1 litre I personally don’t enjoy drinking milk on its own so I enjoy a cup of cold milo each morning. Pleasant Tasting Lactose Free. Some members of the household regularly drink long life lactose free milk. We thought that it tasted similar to a national brand that is our go to brand. It was really nice in tea/coffee or by itself. Lactose-free always tastes that little bit sweeter to me, but that is just my taste buds. We liked that is it was easy to find, came in recyclable packaging and was a good size at 1litre to fit in the cupboard and then fridge after opening. The "pull off seal" after unscrewing the cap was a little painful, as it didn't quite do the job & a knife was used to widen the opening. We prefer just a screw off cap for the milk, not these pull offs. Great allergic friendly milk. Packaging - neat clearly identifiable, very easy to ascertain that it is lactose free. Ease of use/instructions - N/AProduct - I had my husband do a blind taste test on me. - smell - no noticeable difference at all - look - no difference in the glass when swirled around it 'clung' the same way there was no difference in colour and it didn't have a watery look. - taste - 100% tasted the difference straight away one word for the lactose free milk sweet, it was like drinking a glass of milk with a teaspoon of sugar. It was so sweet that when I had my coffee I didn't add any sugar and I normally have 2 1/2 spoons. The kids loved the milk but they like any milk. Other comments - unless for health reasons I probably wouldn't buy this ... MoreGreat allergic friendly milk. Packaging - neat clearly identifiable, very easy to ascertain that it is lactose free. Kids weren't a fan. This product was easy to locate in the ailse with all the long life milk. Made in Australia from at least 99% Australian ingredients it is listed as a good source of calcium and protein and both the lid and packaging are recyclable. I will stick with full cream milk for us but I am sure there is a huge market for this product from people living with a food allergy or intolerance, it just wasn't for us.

Save an upset tum. Perfect for those who get a little upset from dairy/lactose milk. But without having to sacrifice the creamy taste of full cream milk. This being lactose free, means it’s sweeter taste than regular full cream milk. So it’s yummy on cereal and also works really well in a coffee/tea. Those that usually have sugar could try this and potentially not need the added sugar? I am not opposed to having UHT style milk (unlike my husband who says he prefers fresh, refrigerated milk) and I often have almond or soy (I’m not necessarily dairy free though, just like it) and find the quality of UHT these days is more than fine! A great pantry staple and so handy to have.
