Great crispy rice cake, easy snack. My kids love rice cakes with some tuna as an after-school snack, and after trialling several brands, I've found the woolies brand the best value for money as there isn't a huge difference in quality with more expensive brands. Considering the amount of rice cakes we go through in a week; it makes a huge difference to our shopping budget :)My kids prefer the flavoured home brand ones (the ones with sour cream and chives flavour), but I really like these more neutral ones. I will buy them again!

Nice plain and fresh. I generally buy the ones with corn for more taste. These are nice with ham and tomato or just some margarine or whatever you fancy. Very healthy and very fresh. 4 star health rating as just 99% brown rice and herb extract. $1. 65 for 150g.. I have bought other brands that are priced near $2 for the same amount. Will buy again but would like to be produced in Australia instead of using only 20% of our ingredients. I'm guessing it's the herb extract.

Pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting to enjoy this sample as much as I did. These rice cakes are so competitively priced they're the perfect budget item. Not the most eye catching packaging wise on the display but nonetheless stand out with its bold colouring distinguishing it clearly from other brands. You can see what the product will look like before you open the bag. These are CRUNCHY, FRESH, ADDICTIVE. They've got just the right amount of thickness to them and they don't crumble easily unlike other brands which will remain unnamed. They're so good with toppings I won't buy another brand for that anymore. The only thing that would set them on top of the main competitor brand is flavour - they have one that's reminiscent of buttered popcorn that we love but ...Ā MorePleasantly surprised. Light and crisp. These are located on the lowest self in the biscuit aisle. The packaging is pale in colouring compared to other brands. This paleness also makes it easy to find. I have nothing to compare these too as Iāve been eating Real Foods corn thins, in all their varieties, for 15 years or more and havenāt tried any rice cakes. Remember how thick the original rice cakes were!!I was surprised at how light in texture these are. Very fresh and crisp ā without breaking. Having a more neutral flavour than my usual corn thins was an enjoyable change. I usually have cheese and vegemite or cheese and tomato for a light lunch for a change from a bowl of salad. Iāll be buying these again
WW's brown rice cakes thin. Rice cakes are a very versatile and quick go-to snack particularly if you are in a hurry. I put mayonnaise on my unadorned rice cake which is always a super fast snack for me when there's minimal time. My second choice is also simple - spread fresh avocado on rice cakes. I particularly like brown rice cakes - they are always satisfying and puts hunger pangs at bay. Brown rice has a number of health benefits and it is cheap at $1. 65 for 150gm.
A healthy addition to your pantry. I really liked this product. I was quite surprised as I normally buy the more expensive ones, thinking they are better quality. But I was wrong. These are crunchy, light and tasty. These rice thins are just the right size, not too thick or thin. The ingredients are great too with only one ingredient on the package, with no preservatives. Price point is cheap and itās a healthy alternative for lunch or an afternoon snack. I would definitely buy these rice cakes again.
Light snack. Easy to find in store and great price point $1. 65. Great crunch factor, tasted great with ham and cheese. Great for kids at school & great for a snack at work. I really enjoyed the Woolworths thin brown rice cakes. Not something I would normally buy but I would now occasionally buy them for work. Great price $1. 65 ā Made in Australia from at least 20% Australian ingredients āāļøāļøāļøāļø 4 Health Star rating ā Great for kids at school ā Great for work ā Definitely worth a try Thank you @bunchteam for my sample
Nice and Simple. We often buy this type of product, but until now had not tried the Woolworths brand. Woolworths did not disappoint. These rice cakes were very light and crisp and seemed to stay that way for ages. 99% wholegrain brown rice with herb extract. Nice & healthy. My children enjoyed them by themselves or paired with various toppings... vegemite & butter, peanut paste & honey, tomato & cheese, avocado and fetta.... to name a few. Plenty available on the shelf and great price at $1. 65. Will definitely purchase these again.
Simple snack, my nephew loves them! PRODUCT: Good crunch and simple flavour. Good for a base to add some toppings on, like avocado and fresh tomato (and some basil if you have it!). You could also have them as a snack by themselves, but I prefer the corn based ones if doing this as they have slightly more flavour. My 1 year old nephew loves them though! Great snack for when out and about! PACKAGING: Standard packaging for a product like this. Would be great to see one without the two layers of packaging though to reduce waste! PURCHASE AGAIN?: Will definitely purchase again when with my nephew. Personally I would likely alternate between these and a corn based option.
Easy multi purpose staple. I always have these on hand in the pantry. They last a long time once open and are useful for a quick snack - especially with hungry kids around. My favourite part of the packaging is the little "window" (really just a picture) showing the actual thickness of the rice cakes inside. I like it because I prefer these cakes that are slightly thicker, not the super thin ones. Great with avocado and cheese, or butter and vegemite, or cream cheese, etc etc.
