This is a really good brand. I bought this knife and fell in live with it..it is very sharo and has needed little sharoening through the years. Fits comfortably in my hands while chopping.

We bought this knife to round out our wusthoff classic Ikon block set.This is a very useful sized knife and will quickly become the go to knife for veges etc.These knives are razor sharp out of the box, hold their edge and are extremely comfortable to use.
Excellent quality as you would expect from Wusthof. Handle shape is very nice and not difficult to transition between different handle shapes.
This is the third knife I have purchased from the WĂĽsthof Classic Ikon range and I love it. It's extremely sharp and each to keep sharp. The blade and handle is forged from one piece of metal, making it very strong. The handle is very comfortable to hold, and the weight and balance of the knife makes it a pleasure to use. Good quality kitchen knives are a very worthwhile investment and add to the joy of cooking.
