Confession. I originally got this controller for my husband’s birthday because it was on his wishlist. Somehow I’ve ended up using it more than him because of his busy work schedule. I never saw this as a need for me because I own a Steam Deck which is like a Switch (built in controller). I recently had a friend recommend some Apple Arcade games to me and when I tried to play with my phone it said I needed a controller. This led me to my husband’s controller and pairing it to my computer monitor was so easy — no issues at all. I like that this controller comes with different pad options for the controls so you really have some customization options with this. I LOVE my elite controller. It's has some weight to it, which I really enjoy. It makes it feel higher end over the normal ones that are super light. The back grips are fantastic! Helps prevent slip when you've been playing a little too long and your hands get a little sweaty. Every component can be removed super easily and replaced so the customisation of this controller is phenomenal. True wireless, battery lasts for days before needing to be charged up again, which is easily done with a usb-c cable. Can connect easily to any console EVEN computer and be used with a wide range of xbox and pc games. It also contains 4 back paddles that are extensions to the L1 L2 R1 R2 buttons. Once you get used to using the elite, it's very hard to go back.

Very sturdy product. I feel like I never have to charge this controller the battery last forever. Very comfortable for long periods of play. I ordered different back paddles for the controller and the amount of customization it has is great I ended up ordering new thumb sticks as well and a new D-pad. That’s not even talking about the software side of being able to remap all the buttons for comfortable play. Really enjoy this controller. Highly recommend.

This controller rules lots of great things to do and customize with this one. You can even customize it digitally in the Xbox dashboard. The price is expansive but sooo worth it. Its hefty controller weighs better than the OG controllers that come with Xbox. Battery life is 40+hrs single charge. Comes with carrying case and charge usb c cable and even can charge within the case itself. The buttons and everything in controller are remapped around to your choosing.

After 5-6 years of use I’m very surprised that it still works. I took a gamble on this controller and I came out winning! First off, it’s very comfortable for long hours of gaming. The customizable features are awesome too. Being able to change the sticks and the dpad is a cool addition to a controller. The Pads provide a competitive addition as it allows you to use the controller kinda like a mouse and keyboard. I think it’s a must buy for Xbox gamers who want that extra competitive step. Only downside is after years of use the controller’s stick drift and button sticking has gotten worse( primarily the rb and lb buttons). This is an incredible controller. The responsiveness of the controls is superb from the triggers and shoulder buttons (LB & RB) to the seven buttons on the face (Back, Start, Profile, A , B, X & Y) and finally the four paddles on the back. This controller stores 3 profiles. Each profile allows you to assign functions within the game to any button or paddle you want. It also allows you to assign 2 functions to each key/paddle by assigning one key or paddle to act as a shift key.

The picture on the website shows a box with a controller. I received a loose controller in bubble wrap. after asking them why did it not come with the box and instructions as this was a gift I bought for someone. they said it's listed as controller only. So then they should have put a picture of a loose controller. Not happy about this at all. the person I bought it for feels like they got a used controller. I don't even know and customer service is not very friendly obviously
