Don’t see all the issues everyone is talking about. Got the headset for over 6 months and never had an issue. I play every day and love the sound and the fact that are not as heavy as my wireless TB. If you rather save $$$ ge the standard wired set. I got the 20th edition cause it looked nice and sounds just as good.

Bought this for my teenage son for Xmas. He was over the moon with sound, mic. Loves it, feels really comfortable and sounds like PC gaming. Without PC gaming. Benefit for parents, he can still hear me shouting when tea is ready, even during game play yet it doesn't affect his gaming experience.

I purchased this to use for team’s meetings. Does the job just fine. I can't comment for Gaming as I use a different brand of headset that is very gaming focused, so I see no reason to try this headset as a comparison as it can’t compete. The bits I like about this headset. - Doesn’t look or feel bulky. - Comfortable enough to use for a couple of hours at a time. My only negative is I wish the Aux cable was a little longer, although I know this headset is more for the controller, so it’s not the fault of the designers.

I wasn’t expecting much when I got this headset and so far it has surprised me with it's mid-tier quality even for a budget headset. Normally I’d go with Astro or Turtle Beach but I didn't have the extra money for those.
Had been using basic in ear headphones previously and really needed something better. Had hoped to pick up the wireless version but with them being sold out everywhere I had to settle for these. On the plus side though I don’t have to worry about having to charge them. It took a little while to set them up properly as there was a volume setting hidden that meant really low output to begin with. Managed to find it and get it sorted and downloaded the Dolby Atmos app as well. With everything set up they sound good and feel comfortable. They are nice and sturdy and I’ve had no issues wearing them for long sessions. Mic works well and I can be heard clearly. Volume control is really handy and easy to use while you have them on. This is an average novelty from MS with xbox 20yrs logo in translucent sides. If you already have the wired or wireless xbox HP, there's literally zero need for buying this. In fact, their regular one's build quality is much better than this particular one. Sides are flimsy, feels like they are going to come off while wearing and basic on of switch for the mic. Why did I get it then? I just needed a wired one because I keep forgetting charging my HPs and end up with a dead one in game lol... Verdict: I don't recommend this particular one. You need a xbox hp with wire, go for the regular one, build quality is much better.

Not good unfortunately. The sound quality is great and they look great and I liked being able to easily adjust the volume on the headset. The problem is the microphone. It keeps cutting and and out so it made it hard for the people I was playing with to hear me properly. I switched to an old headset I got for a lot less and it worked great and I sounded perfectly clear compared to this headset. Will be returning tomorrow.
Garbage! The right ear piece stopped producing sound after 3 months if use, now damage was done too it. After the troubles I've had with the Elite Series 2 controller and new this headset, ill never buy Microsoft gaming product again
I could not believe the price drop for Christmas, I just knew I had to have these headsets even though I don't play online with people that often. Received very quickly and was under my tree before Christmas.
