Ordered one for my husband and it came with a charging cord. I decided to order one for myself and mine didnβt come with a charging cord. No where on my box does it say a cord is included but why does my husband have one with his and I donβt? The least you could do is include a cord Xbox.

Would recommend, pairs to Xbox without the USB. Can also pair to Phone, PC, etc via Bluetooth. Can also pair to multiple devices at once. It is easily the best headset I've had in years. Has a 10 hour battery, charges really quick too! It's also very convenient that there is a chat mixer knov on one earmuff, and the other has a volume knob. It has a mute button also and the light signals if the battery is dying or not, red=dying white=charged. Would recommend if you want a long lasting headset that is reliable.

Amazing headset and definitely builds on top of the predecessor. I love the design and esthetics of this new model. The ear bars are much softer and feel nice and cozy on the inside. The spacial sound is amazing and definitely helps make you feel like youβre in the game. Have been using it for 2 weeks but love it so far.

I purchased the first gen of these and I loved them so I figured these new ones would be great but I was wrongβ¦ The microphone cuts in and out, sometimes the headset wonβt connect at all and my friends online say the mic sounds like βgarbageβ, sound quality is okay not much better than the original ones though. If you have the first gen save your money and buy something else.
It started out great using it in game but in the home sceen and other apps, the sound was scratchy. After messing with sertings and googling for an hour, I finally restarted the console and the scrathyness went away. The only problem i have now is the knob on the headset volume is not very precise. Its either full volume or too quiet.
I've had these for over a year. The sound quality and pairing with my console, phone or pc was pretty simple and very convenient. Holding the power button on the headset even starts the console and depending on your tv this will turn on your tv so when you are ready to game they are as well. The battery life is pretty solid i can go a few long gaming sessions without worrying about recharging them. Highly Recommend for the bang you get for the buck.
So I bought the older version of these headphones last year and those were amazing and still are but these are slightly better but in the best way possible. The sound is more defined and the surroundings in the games sound better the microphone is a little longer so I donβt have to worry about people not hearing me. I can actually wear this headset for multiple hours without it bothering me. My only complaint is unlike its last model this one didnt come with a charging cord but other than that I do love this headset and would recommend to a friend
I love these headphones i had an old pair of rig 800 hx and really didnt think anything would come close to those. But these really surpassed my expectations. Once you make a sound profile for dolby atmos they sound even better with great highs and mid range and deep bass. Plus with the bluetooth connectivity i can listen to music answer and calls all seamlessly.
F or the price, the only other option I know of is the Stealth 600 Gen 3, but I hate using a USB connection. With these, I can listen to game audio, music from my phone, and be in party chat all at the same time, which the Stealth 600 canβt do. It also comes with free Dolby Atmos for headphones, and it sets up automatically as soon as you turn them on. My one complaint is that the audio cuts in and out occasionally. I wonder if thatβs due to Dolby Atmos, so I might try turning it off to see if it helps.
At max volumn you can barely hear anything. You can hear the smallest sounds in your room when this headset is at max volumn. I am very upset with these headphones. I am returning them asap!
